    She took the fifth because if she already told Congress that she didn't know about the matter, but the press has since learned that she did in fact know about the matter. The 5th protects everyone, just as it should be.

    She lost her right to invoke the 5th amendment when she testified previously as well as her "speech" at that hearing. So far, many "legal eagles" have also said as much.
    She needs to be brought back to testify and be held in contempt if she doesn't.
