    Nevada SB 221 died today!

Gov. Sandoval vetoed SB221 which would have required, amount other things, back round checks on personal sales of firearms. Senator Harry Reid(D) is hopping mad, Little Mikkie Bloomberg of NYC, who spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on TV ads to support the bill, is stomping his feet and jumping up and down about this. Oh yea, we Nevada gun owner are extremely happy.

Not so fast. By how wide a margin was it passed in the legislature? Just asking because I'm wondering if there will be an attempt to override it.

That is great! I think it is becoming very apparent that most of the country does not buy into the ignorance and hype and scare tactics of the ignorant anti's.

A bill in NC is almost a done deal that enhances where CHP holders can carry, including restaurant carry, and allowing securing guns in vehicles on any school campus.
