    Healthcare dictatorship

Democracy is a great thing when it is working in your direction. But when the majority doesn't go along with what you want, then in a democracy you don't get what you want. It is interesting to me how many politicians call the United States a great democracy and they try to make it so until the majority don't go along with their ideas. Then all of a sudden, their democracy becomes a Republic again--or a dictatorship, which is far, far worse than a democracy. The vast majority of Americans do not want socialized medicine. The communists and socialists in our government--which are many on both sides of the political aisle--say it is a "right" to have health care. Is it, really?

In the Bill of Rights, the Founding Fathers enumerated certain inalienable rights that we as citizens of the United States and, quite frankly, as human beings, ought to have. Things like freedom of speech, freedom of religion, gun ownership, privacy, the right of redress, and so on. There is no instance where these "rights" are imposed or taxed by the government. For example, we have the "right" to bear arms. The government does not force us to buy a weapon from it. We have a "right" to free speech. The government does not force us to buy a free speech pass from it. In fact, it is the other way around. In most instances, the government is trying to find ways to prevent us from exercising these "rights."

But with healthcare, the government is forcing us to pay for the right to have healthcare. And it is forcing us to either pay for healthcare or pay a fine that equals the cost of the healthcare. This is the same principle of labor unions. In labor states, workers are required to pay union dues whether they are members of the union or not. So for the "right" of healthcare, the government is requiring you to pay for it whether you want to exercise that right or not. The way the government is forcing socialized medicine upon you is by a tax. It is justifying this unconstitutional and unjust law under the government's constitutional taxing authority. The Supreme Court says it can do this.

There are some level-headed, common sense people in Congress who are trying to repeal this nonsense called the Affordable Care Act, which is neither affordable nor care. It is outright extortion and wealth redistribution by the government with absolutely no established benefit to those who must pay the "tax." This will destroy the best health care system in the world rather than improve it. There will be fewer doctors, less care, and more politics in medicine--an extraordinary step toward dictatorship in this country. So few will benefit. So many will be negatively impacted. An unjust law is no law at all. As Jesus said in Matthew 24:4, "Take heed that no man deceive you." The Affordable Care Act is the Trojan horse to tyranny.

Sad thing is a person in my boat who lives pay check to pay check cant afford an extra 100.00 or what ever the cost. My belt is as tight as its going to get. But, theres at least one guy out there with two thumbs who is boycotting this bill and wont get the affordable health care, OR pay the fines and its this guy. Only way I think the Supreme Court ruled this constitutional was the fact it was labeled as a tax and governed by the IRS. Oh well. It'll fail, lets just see how far this thing goes before they apologize for another mistake.

Be assured that it'll cost a lot more than 100.00 dollars. Yea, it'll fail alright, it's meant to fail. And they'll apologize, all the way to the bank.

The turn-style of calamity in America

Unless Congress acts to overturn socialist health care--translated: government forcing people to buy healthcare through a tax--the future of America as a free country is in jeopardy. If the government can force its citizens to pay for what it says is a “right,” the precedent is set to force the population to do a lot more. This should be no surprise to any of us. The cadre of leadership in the White House, Congress and the Supreme Court are collectively the worst in the history of the United States. Then there are the “sheeple” that just go along with things because they think it sounds right. You are either part of the solution or part of the problem.

Forbes is reporting that “Based on a Manhattan Institute analysis of the HHS numbers, Obamacare will increase underlying insurance rates for younger men by an average of 97 to 99 percent, and for younger women by an average of 55 to 62 percent.” Should it surprise you? There is nothing that the government can offer that private enterprise cannot do better. The government is established to protect the people from violators of the laws and from domestic and foreign enemies. But what happens when the government itself exploits the people? In a Constitutional Republic the people are supposed to be engaged enough that they demand what is lawful and right.

The Supreme Court has ruled that the government cannot mandate healthcare on its people. It ruled, however, that the government can tax the people for healthcare. This is the kind of double talk that causes the ruination of a good people. But good people often cause their own ruination by remaining silent on things that they ought to be outright angry over. Silence is consent. And Americans are about to consent to being taxed for a healthcare system that will ruin their health, spy on them, and take their wealth and redistribute it to people who don’t deserve it. But isn’t that the way of this government. Taking our tax money and giving it to terrorists, abortionists, homosexuals, investment bankers and so on?

We have become a turn-style of calamity in America due to the leadership we have elected and allow to remain in office. Many Christians just hold up their hands and say that we have to give Caesar what is Caesar’s or quote Romans about submitting to the authorities. By the way, those authorities--in the context of those verses--are the religious authorities who are supposed to be acting justly on behalf of God. Those who want to use these verses to justify inaction as a Christian duty will be the first to perish beneath it and to harm others in the process. We need to understand that an unjust law is no law at all. When the authorities were telling Peter not to preach in the name of Jesus, he replied in Acts 5:29, “We ought to obey God rather than men.” I say, “No King but Jesus”--this includes the dictators the sheeple have elected.

The health care system under Obamacare is working EXACTLY AS PLANNED. The vast majority of us with health insurance now are paying much more than the "Penalty" of $4,000 which will be imposed if you don't carry health insurance. Personally, my wife and I are both self-employed and last year, paid over $17,000 for our "Group Plan" (no dental, no vision, high Rx co-pays) and co-pays....and we weren't sick! Plus, we were just notified that even if we want to....we cannot keep our current insurer....WE ARE MANDATED TO GO INTO THE EXCANGES!!! NO CHOICE...NO VOICE!!!
We are UN-represented in Congress by Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand (for those of you who remember the girls dolls way back when......Chuck pulls the string on her back, Kirstens lips move and Chuckie's words come out), so we have no chance of changing this train wreck.

Back to the point... $4,000 is a lot less than a year worth of premiums, and for a lot of people, they will pay the penalty...then they will be shuffled into the Federal system.... Those of us who think having coverage is important to protect our assets will pay the exchange mandated premiums, yet to be determined... BUT I can assure you that they will not be less than what I am paying now. Has the government EVER been able to do any thing at a lower cost?
That puts more and more people under the Federal Governments programs and control. Further, as more and more employers either reduce hours to under 29 per week and who will stop offering health insurance...you guessed it... more in the government exchanges!!! Just TRY to take that away.....I can hear it now.... THOSE NASTY REPUBLICANS WANT YOU TO DIE!!!!

Once implemented, it will be an entitlement and a permanent fixture of the ever exploding Federal budget. Just another straw that will break this country's back. The weight of welfare, never-ending unemployment benefits, Medicaid, Obamaphones, etc, etc, etc. This country will collapse under the weight of the takers who keep on voting themselves benefits, while those of us paying the freight are driven into poverty. Those of us who grew up aspiring to succeed and improve our own lives and that of our family, but instead, pay, pay, pay, to only improve the lives of those "in the system" who won't get off the couch to improve their own lives.

The plan is working the way Obama planned! The Government gets bigger and stronger, while individual freedoms and our god given rights of Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness are trounced.
