Biden’s insidious plan to disarm the Second Amendment

The Daily Caller, in a new report, has demonstrated how a seemingly insignificant part of Joe Biden’s gun control plan could be used to indirectly gut the Second Amendment.

In the relevant part of Biden’s “Plan To End Our Gun Violence Epidemic,” he states that, as president, he will seek to “hold gun manufacturers accountable” by “repealing” the “Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act.”

This act was passed in 2005, and what it does is it prohibits “civil liability actions from being brought or continued against manufacturers, distributors, dealers, or importers of firearms or ammunition for damages, injunctive or other relief resulting from the misuse of their products by others.”

That’s the longwinded, lawyerly way of saying that firearm manufacturers, distributors, etc. . . , will not be held financially responsible for the misuse by the public of their firearms or ammunition.

    Bigtime consequences
As Erich Pratt, the senior vice president of Gun Owners of America, told the Daily Caller, there is a certain logic to the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act that would go missing if the act were to be repealed.

Pratt explained that holding firearm manufacturers, distributors, et al., responsible for the public’s misuse of their products would be like “holding Ford or GM responsible for the damage caused by hit-and-run drivers.”

The result, according to Pratt, would be that “gun manufacturers could ultimately be put out of business through frivolous lawsuits.”

Kevin Jamison, a Missouri self-defense lawyer and firearms trainer, explained in more detail to the Daily Caller what would happen if the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act were to be repealed.

“If they destroy enough companies or force them to adopt their rules of procedure then there will be no place to buy guns and that’s what they’re looking for,” he said. “They want to make it as expensive to own a gun as humanly possible — and as difficult. If they get even part of their wish list, they won.”

Pratt said that the overall idea from Biden and the Democrats “would be ‘oh sure you can have a Second Amendment right, too bad you just can’t find any guns that are being produced and manufactured.”

Biden’s more direct plans to eliminate the Second Amendment
Before the Daily Caller’s report, the focus has been on other aspects of Biden’s gun control agenda. One, that has been covered in detail by Breitbart, is a plan that would appear to result in all “assault rifles” having to be registered with the government and taxed at $200 a piece. In another, it appears that Biden would look to implement a mandatory buy-back program in which owners of “assault weapons and high-capacity magazines” are forced to hand these items over to the government.

It is clear that Biden, if he does go on to become the president, is going to launch an all-out assault on the Second Amendment.

    My Thoughts:

Biden is just a weak puppet to the anti-gun radical left-wing Democratic Party.

FRANKLY...MILLIONS OF TRUE, HONEST AMERICANS ARE SHAKING IN THEIR BOOTS RIGHT NOW AT THE PROSPECT OF A JOE BIDEN PRESIDENCY!!

Why??... Well...for one thing, the manner of his "victory" seems highly suspect or even fraudulent. This begs the question as to whether our votes will have any meaning in future...for if our votes no longer count because they can be fraudulently canceled or manipulated...we may have already lost our freedom.

For another thing, we see that Biden intends to reverse everything that Trump accomplished...which begs the question as to whether America will remain a Capitalist state or whether it will fall into the dire pits of Marxism.

For another thing, though Biden claims that he wants ALL Americans to "kiss and makeup" after the polarizing "hateful" Trump years, we see several important Democrat politicians who claim they're now composing "enemies lists" of Trump supporters who will pay stiff penalties in retribution for supporting Trump as soon as Biden takes over.

In short...millions of Americans are now deeply concerned that, if Biden takes over, our Constitutional Republic will then effectively cease to exist...which is something that SHOULD concern even those who voted for Biden...ya think??

DID JOE BIDEN'S TEAM JUST BLOW UP A KID TO THREATEN GA GOVERNOR?

    My thoughts:

I said it more than once, and I will repeat it again. The Governor of Georgia, and EVERY Republican politician engaged in this election should willingly agree to have their phone wiretapped. Wiretap family members phones too, and MONITOR 24/7 for any threats or intimidation.

Now you know why Kemp the Governor of Georgia is or has been dragging his feet to do ANYTHING to give any assistance to help Trump.

Biden's Pick To Lead OMB Once Called Joe a 'Mess' Who Would Make Hillary Clinton Look Better

On Monday, presumed President-elect Joe Biden announced Neera Tanden, the current President and CEO of the progressive Center for American Progress, as his choice to head the Office of Management and Budget.

The highly partisan Tanden was “a senior adviser in former President Bill Clinton’s administration” and served “as the political director for [Hillary Clinton’s] 2008 presidential campaign.”

On Oct. 20, 2015, Tanden sent an email to John Podesta with the subject line, “The good thing about a Biden run.”

The email was included in the group of Podesta’s emails that were published by WikiLeaks during the 2016 election cycle. Podesta is a longtime Clinton ally and served as President Bill Clinton’s Chief of Staff and chaired Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.

In the body, Tanden wrote, “Is that he would make Hillary look so much better. What a mess today. Thanks for today and last night.”

TRENDING: Suspected PLA Agents Posing as ‘Researchers’ Flee in Droves After Trump Crackdown

The occasion Tanden was referring to, according to Fox News, was an event “honoring former Vice President Walter Mondale in Washington, where Biden critiqued Clinton.”

The week before, Clinton had been “asked to name which enemy she has made in her career that she was most proud of and responded with a list. ‘Well, in addition to the NRA, the health insurance companies, the drug companies, the Iranians; probably the Republicans.’”

“It is possible, it is necessary to end this notion that the enemy is the other party,” Biden said at the gala. “End this notion that it is naďve to think we can speak well of the other party and cooperation. What is naďve is to think it is remotely possible to govern this country unless we can. That is what is naďve.”

Biden “portrayed his own leadership during the Obama administration as more critical to its successes than Clinton’s as former secretary of state.”

At the time, then-Vice President Joe Biden was considering whether or not to throw his hat in the ring for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination.

Breitbart News’ Charlie Spiering wrote that Podesta and Tanden had “tracked” whether or not Biden would run because of the repercussions his decision would have on the fate of their preferred 2016 candidate, Hillary Clinton.

Spiering dug up several emails between Tanden and Podesta leading up to the October 20 message.

“Still can’t figure out whether he’ll rally himself to do it,” Podesta wrote in an August email.

“My prediction,” Tanden wrote in September, “[is] Biden announces his run on Stephen Colbert show. I obviously don’t know anything. But it’s like super ratings push for Colbert. I don’t think he’d take him unless he was making news.”

“Biden will get in. We are still way more likely than not to win nomination,” Podesta replied.

“We’ve taken on a lot of water that won’t be easy to pump out of the boat … She’s nervous so prepping more and performing better. Got to do something to pump up excitement but not certain how to do that.”

Tanden and Podesta must have been greatly relieved on October 21 when Biden announced he would not run.

But, the question remains: If Tanden thought Biden was “a mess” five years ago, how does she feel today?

Someone needs to ask her if she’s changed her mind about him. Or does she still think Biden is “a mess”?

For the record, Drew Brandewie, the spokesman for Republican Texas Sen. John Cornyn, tweeted earlier that Tanden stands zero chance of being confirmed.

Re: Biden: “Weapons of war have no place in our communities”

Although Biden may take comfort in the fact that King George agreed with him in 1776, America as a nation discarded that failed notion.

Here are the two most important writings on the subject:

“Whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it” (Jefferson, 1776) – Declaration of Independence

“A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed” (Madison, 1789) – U.S. Constitution, 2nd Amendment, ratified 1791.

Why are these two writings linked to one another? Because as Jefferson noted in 1776, WHEN (not if) government usurps the power of the people and becomes abusive of the trust placed in it by the people, the people have a natural law right of self-determination to abolish that corrupt government. The 2nd Amendment wasn’t written so Daniel Boone could feed his family, it was written so that when it came time to depose a corrupt government We the People would have the tools necessary to overthrow the government.

Because our government is Of the people, By the people and FOR the people, America's citizens are it's worst enemy. The Democrat party is full of pedophiles, homosexual, lesbian, & bi-sexual perverts, Muslims, Marxists, Socialists, Communists and Baby Killers, and therefore, Democratic voters are also pedophiles, homosexual, lesbian, & bi-sexual perverts, Muslims, Marxists, Socialists, Communists and Baby Killers, or are simply deranged supporters of such ideology. Furthermore ,only the losing party deems the winning party's governing corrupt and abusive. Nothing new.

Ruth Graham once said that if God doesn't judge America then He will have to apologies for Sodom & Gomorrah. The American citizenry has become so corrupt that America can't survive the next year resembling anything even close to the America we experience today regardless of who governs in2021. Considering the path that America is currently on, under a Biden presidency America is going to deserve every ounce of what is about to happen to it. Welcome to the New World Order.
America has been seized and taken over, her enemies have become her rulers, and they are right now waging war against her citizens, that's me and you.

78 Year Old Joe Biden Has Many Concerned, In What Appears To Be A Clear Cognitive Decline

Many have raised concerns over the 78 year old's cognitive misfiring, captured in many videos, press releases, and media appearances

Ladies and Gents, I am putting out the PSA:

    We have a zombie problem.

Before you shelter in place and put boards on the windows though, you should know:

That its only one zombie. yes. just one.

Problem is, well……that zombie is the alleged president elect of The United States.

Since the start of the election Joe Biden has been in many media apperences where he seems to forget where he is, or organizes his sentences into a complete word salad

Things that make no sense semantically speaking, confusing his sister with his wife, forgetting the names of cabinet apointees, the list goes on, and it has many concerned, to say the least.

Joe Biden defeated AGAIN by the Teleprompter.

"For Secretary of Health and Education Services, I nominate Xavier Bacheria."

    Joe Biden is a mess.

    It's Health and Human Services.

    And it's Xavier Becerra.

Biden doesn't know the cabinet office or name of the official.

It’s been a while since I’ve written on Joe Biden turning into a mental dumpster fire for the cameras. That’s partly because he’s been mostly in hiding (even more so than usual) since the election. There’s also been a lot of other news out there to cover. But rest assured, Biden’s mental acuity has not been the recipient of a miraculous change. He’s still as incapable and obviously senile as he was during the campaign.

Case in point, today Biden gave a speech in which he appeared to be a dead man walking: At one point he announces Xavier Becerra for Health and Human Services head, except he is so far gone that he couldn’t get either one of those points correct. RedState’s streiff covered that earlier today (see Joe Biden Shows that 47 Years in Washington Doesn’t Protect You From Dementia).

Here’s something that should be expected. If you are going to nominate someone to a position in government (and to be clear, this is all symbolic right now because the election isn’t over yet), you should at least know their name and how to say it. You should also know what department you are nominating them too. Biden is incapable of tackling either one of those monumental challenges.

All of this would leave any normal human being wondering whether Biden actually did make these picks. Did he have any real say? Or are his surrogates and Kamala Harris just running the show fully now?

BIDEN IS UNFIT FOR OFFICE: Chris Salcedo Exposes Biden's Severe Dementia - A National Security Threat - Biden cannot recall the name of (HHS) or the unqualified candidate, Xavier Becerra, chosen by Biden's handlers to fill the HHS

    My Thoughts:

This is why his political team kept him out of view for the months prior to the election, so the country could see he's not running on all cylinders.

Biden tells civil rights leaders to not “get too far ahead” of themselves on defunding police – until after they win the Senate

During a recent virtual meeting attended by Joe Biden and several civil rights leaders that have been among the “defund the police” crowd, Biden told the attendees to slow their roll when it comes to “police reform.”

Figures such as NAACP President Derrick Johnson and Rev. Al Sharpton were in attendance at said meeting, where Biden explained that getting overzealous in police reform efforts and rhetoric during the election season didn’t exactly help the Democratic party.

Audio that was leaked from the meeting had Biden warning that getting too jumpy toward police reform efforts prior to the Georgia Senate runoff elections in January could result in not attaining the de facto Senate majority:

“I also don’t think we should get too far ahead of ourselves on dealing with police reform in that, because they’ve already labeled us as being ‘defund the police’ anything we put forward in terms of the organizational structure to change policing – which I promise you, will occur. Promise you.”

Biden laid some credibility to this take on how the “defund the police” branding wound up hurting the Democratic party during election season this year:

“That’s how they beat the living hell out of us across the country, saying that we’re talking about defunding the police. We’re not. We’re talking about holding them accountable.”

“We’re talking about giving them money to do the right things. We’re talking about putting more psychologists and psychiatrists on the telephones when the 911 calls through.”

“We’re talking about spending money to enable them to do their jobs better, not with more force, with less force and more understanding.”

It was in no uncertain terms that Biden was conveying that police reform topics need to be avoided at all costs before the Senate runoffs in Georgia, saying:

“I just raise it with you to think about how much do we push between now and January 5 – we need those two seats – about police reform. But I guarantee you, there will be a full-blown commission. I guarantee you it’s a major, major, major element.”

The reason why Democrats want those Georgia Senate seats so badly is because it would leave the Senate in a 50-50 split between Republicans and Democrats.

So, when there’s a literal 50-50 split on efforts put before the Senate (assuming everyone in the Senate always toes the party line on matters they vote on), then the vice president would serve as the tie-breaking vote.

Hence, a de facto control of the Senate by Democrats if both Georgia runoffs are secured.

Biden made it abundantly clear during the same meeting that while he has zero issue exercising executive actions where possible, he’s not going to entertain executive action that subverts the Constitution:

“I am not going to violate the Constitution. Executive authority that my progressive friends talk about is way beyond the bounds…whether it’s far left or far right, there is a Constitution.”

Since Biden has essentially declared that he has zero desire to undermine the Constitution, it makes sense that he’s instructing those among his inner circle to tread lightly until after the Senate runoffs in Georgia.

Biden isn’t the only one to have noted that phrases like “defund the police” being parroted by officials didn’t behoove the Democratic party in gaining new appeal.

Even former President Obama chimed in recently on the topic, calling it a “snappy” phrase that was overwhelmingly turning people off.

    My Thoughts:
Want to know how Biden really feels about defunding the police? Here you go:
"I just raise it with you to think about how much do we push between now and January 5 - we need those two seats - about police reform. But I guarantee you, there will be a full-blown commission. I guarantee you it’s a major, major, major element."

CNN’s Chris Cuomo: ‘Inhumane’ Trump Is the ‘Worst President We Have Ever Seen’

Record-low unemployment across the board. A thriving economy. No new wars. Over six million people off of food stamps. Numerous peace deals brokered between Israel and Arab nations. A vaccine for a pandemic delivered faster than anyone thought possible.

But yeah, Donald Trump is the worst president America has ever seen.

    Friggin’ libs.

CNN anchor Chris Cuomo said Wednesday on his show “Cuomo Prime Time” that President Donald Trump was “the worst president we have ever seen.”

He said, “He is the worst we have ever seen. The only reason you would defend that is because you don’t want to give in to the status quo. But what are you saying when you decide to reject the status quo by making it worse, by injecting the political equivalent of a virus into our political corpus? And that’s what Trump is. He is not a cure. He has never been a cure. He was never going to be a cure. He was injected as a virus to make the system sick, and he has. And now we are on our knees in this country. And the only chance for us to get to a better place is to recognize what we have had all along. The ability to come together, to be about a common cause, and to demand better from the men and women that we invest with power to do our business. If you expect nothing, you get this: we must change. Let it be a gift to us before this Christmas. He is the worst. We must get better from here.”

    My Thoughts:

If this complete idiot wants to rag on the worst person lately, he’d better start looking at his brother the governor of NY, you know the one who sent thousands of infected people with Covid virus to all of the nursing homes in NY, that infected thousands of the elderly people there that died because of his actions.
