Texas Mass Shooting Survivor Tells Congress We Need Fewer Restrictions on Guns

Suzanna Gratia Hupp survived a 1991 mass shooting at a Luby's in Killeen, Texas that claimed the lives of 23 people, including Hupp’s parents. Since then, Hupp has been pushing for fewer restrictions on firearms.

    The Dallas Morning News reports:

"I reached for the gun in my purse on the floor next to me," Hupp told a congressional committee Wednesday during a hearing on the economic costs of gun violence. She recounted the moments after the killer, George Hennard, crashed his pickup into the restaurant where she was eating with her parents and opened fire. "But then I realized that a few months earlier I had made the stupidest decision of my life. My gun was 100 yards away, dutifully left in my car to obey the law because at that time in the state of Texas, carrying a handgun was illegal."

Hupp's campaign to ease restrictions on guns has spanned several decades. She won a seat in the Texas House, where she served for 10 years. On Wednesday, she told her story during a hearing of the Joint Economic Committee.

Hupp, a chiropractor, was invited by fellow Republicans, and she focused her testimony on what she called "the high cost of gun control."

Few GOP members of the committee attended the hearing, which lasted nearly two hours. Democrats used the opportunity to make their case for strengthening background checks for gun purchases and passing "red flag" laws that let law enforcement seize firearms from people deemed dangerous. The Texans on the panel, both Republicans — Sen. Ted Cruz and Rep. Kenny Marchant of Coppell — did not attend.

Hupp is not the only victim of a mass shooting to speak out against gun control. Andrew Pollack, who lost his daughter during the Parkland, Florida school shooting earlier this year, said this week on Fox News, "My daughter paid the ultimate sacrifice because of those Democratic policies and I've been hurt by the Democrats more than anybody in this country -- and I hold them responsible.”

Congress is set to debate another ban on so-called “assault weapons” next week. And in Texas, GPM reported that following the mass shootings in El Paso and Odessa, Texans were left wondering how their local government would respond.

In early September, they got their answer. Republican Gov. Greg Abbott signed eight executive orders to help bolster the training, tools, and resources law enforcement and the public need to provide and respond to Suspicious Activity Reports.

“Abbott's executive orders are essentially a form of ‘Red Flag lite,’ encouraging Texans to report fellow Texans over so-called suspicious behavior," Chris McNutt, Executive Director for Texas Gun Rights told Gunpowder Magazine. “This, of course, can simply be putting a pro-gun or ‘don’t tread on me’ sticker on your car, which triggers the far Left-wing extremists Abbott is trying to placate with these orders.”

    My Thoughts:

Every time the liberals hear about a gun crime they pounce on making new anti-gun law’s, but they always miss the point, that criminals don’t obey gun laws and the mental health aspect of it is also never approached, it’s always the gun that takes the brunt of their actions.

Parkland Father Dem Policies, Not Guns, Killed My Daughter

After seeing a 2020 campaign video arguing that gun control policies should be a school safety precaution, Andrew Pollack said he felt ill.

Pollack doesn’t remember his daughter Meadow as one of the Parkland shooting victims like the mainstream media does. Instead, he honors her memory by studying how Democratic policies fueled the underlying causes of the shooting and travels the country teaching parents about his research.

"I wanted to look into it, I wanted to honor my daughter to see what happened, and how it could happen that I put my daughter in a school, in a nice neighborhood, and then I'm never going to see her again," Pollack told Tomi Lahren on her Fox Nation show. "I wanted to know the facts. I didn't just listen to mainstream media, I didn't jump on that bandwagon -- and I found out that there was a multitude of failures and policies that lead up to my daughter getting murdered, that the mainstream media didn't want to cover."

Pollack said his research opened his eyes to the insidious nature of gun control.

"My daughter paid the ultimate sacrifice because of those Democratic policies and I've been hurt by the Democrats more than anybody in this country -- and I hold them responsible," Pollack said.

He details his objections to disarming people in school zones and universal background checks in his book, How Meadow Died: The People and Policies that Created the Parkland Shooter and Endanger American Students.

“(The book is) like a manual or a guide for parents and grandparents to read it and actually look at what happened in Parkland and compare it — these policies are throughout the whole country,” Pollack told Fox News’ Neil Cavuto in an earlier interview.

    Background Checks
A common theme in the Left’s gun control policies is that America needs a more thorough background check system to keep firearms away from criminals. Research, of course, has shown this tactic to be ineffective.

Federal law currently prohibits gun ownership for people who were adjudicated as mentally ill, incarcerated for more than a year, fugitives from justice, or those who were dishonorably discharged from the military. Even so, hordes of people who fall into one or more of these categories obtain firearms every year.

Instead of banning guns, politicians should spend more time investigating the underlying issues, Pollack says.

"Gun control does not address mental health...or arresting these people when they make threats...those are the real issues," he said.

    Criminals Don’t Care
The other failure of gun control is that it assumes criminals are more likely to follow tougher laws.

News flash: criminals don’t follow any laws.

"Democrats put these policies in place that don't believe in holding kids accountable or arresting them while they're juveniles...so if they don't arrest them and they don't get a background (check), then they're able to purchase weapons legally and a background check is useless," Pollack said.

The Miami Herald reported that classmates of Nikolas Cruz, who killed 17 people in the Parkland shooting, had seen a social media post from him saying that he wants to “shoot up” a school. Some of the students reported his behavior to school counselors, all of whom failed to act on the information.

According to police reports, Cruz had a history of domestic violence as well. He hit his mother on several occasions.

Pollack argues that the fact this much information was in the public but not shared with the proper authorities is further proof of the ineffectiveness of our current background check system. Increasing the size of this system would only make matters worse if authorities are unwilling to act.

"To me, gun control would’ve been if they arrested (Cruz) for punching his mother’s teeth out and he got a background (check),” Pollack said.

    My Thoughts:

There’s no questioning that the rules and regulations that were forced upon these schools in by the Obama Admin. in Florida contributed to what happened there.

As Predicted, That Trump-Ukraine “Whistle-Blower” Story Just Blew Up In Epic Fashion

    What do I win?

Earlier this morning, I wrote a piece predicting that this story about Trump and Ukraine, supposedly involving a quid pro quo and an investigation request into Joe Biden, would blow up. The centerpiece of this was Biden being on tape bragging that he threatened to withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees if Ukraine didn’t fire a prosecutor. That prosecutor just happened to be going after his son’s company. Just a coincidence, I’m assured.

    Here’s the tape of Biden.

Somehow though, this became a Trump scandal because a supposed “whistle-blower” claimed that the President had pressured Ukraine to investigate Biden’s very apparent corruption. I know, it makes no sense, but that’s how it works in the age of orange man bad. Somehow being on tape extorting a country wasn’t a big deal, but Trump wanting an investigation into it by our ally was impeachable. The media immediately went into leak and supposition mode, claiming that Trump had threatened the new Ukrainian President by withholding of $250 million in military aid they desperately needed.

This was it we were told. It was the scandal that would finally bring Trump down. And then, like always happens, more information started to trickle out that countered the hysteria.

    Per The Wall Street Journal.

President Trump in a July phone call repeatedly pressured the president of Ukraine to investigate Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden ’s son, urging Volodymyr Zelensky about eight times to work with Rudy Giuliani, his personal lawyer, on a probe, according to people familiar with the matter.

“He told him that he should work with [Mr. Giuliani] on Biden, and that people in Washington wanted to know” whether allegations were true or not, one of the people said. Mr. Trump didn’t mention a provision of foreign aid to Ukraine on the call, said this person, who didn’t believe Mr. Trump offered the Ukrainian president any quid-pro-quo for his cooperation on an investigation…

And there it is. There was no quid-pro-quo. He did not threaten to withhold military aid. He simply asked several times on a single phone call for them to look into it. He never even called back to press the issue further. None of the nonsensical gnashing of teeth we heard all day about this supposedly being an impeachment bombshell is true. A President asked an ally to investigate corruption that Biden himself admitted to on tape.

Some still can’t let this go though. We have certain conservatives of the anti-Trump bent asserting that the President didn’t actually have to say the words to be asking for a quid-pro-quo. Actually, yes, yes he does have to say the words. Especially when we know the military aid went through anyway despite no investigation being opened by Ukraine. The idea that we are now going to go after Trump based on suppositions of what Ukraine should have deemed from a perfectly legal request is asinine.

Look, I realize some had a lot invested in this, but how many times must they learn this lesson? How hard is it to wait 24 hours and see what else comes out? If a story fits a partisan narrative too perfectly, it’s probably not true or lacking context.

The other thing I’m hearing is that even if this wasn’t illegal or impeachable, it was still wrong because he asked a foreign leader to help him in a way that would benefit him politically. Frankly, I could not care less. These are the new rules. In 2016, the Obama administration went after the Trump campaign based on what they claimed were legitimate suspicions. We have Biden on tape. I’d say that’s a legitimate suspicion. Further, the DNC used Ukraine to get dirt on Paul Manafort. The Hillary campaign hired a foreign spy to build a dossier of opposition research on Trump. So spare me the moral lectures on using foreign sources.

This is politics, not religion and the only way you gather information on corruption by opponents in foreign countries is by using foreign sources. Democrats, the media, and some anti-Trump Republicans do not get to change the rules all the sudden when they don’t benefit them anymore. The precedent was set in 2016 and they will be made to live by it.

Meanwhile, the scramble is on to try to salvage what little is left of this story exploding in their faces. We’ll get all the usual excuses and claims that even though Trump didn’t do it, he’s still bad. The Washington Post will push out a dozen editorials all saying the same thing. The song and dance never changes. For all practical purposes though, this story is dead and done as far as Trump goes.

Biden’s involvement on the other hand? That story will only grow.

    My Thoughts:

When push comes to shove, it looks like the reports on Biden bribing the President of Ukraine to fire the AG that was looking into Biden’s son’s illegal actions or else he would revoke the $1.8 billion that he was going to give them, will come back to bite Biden in the long run big time, which it should.

AOC Tries to Block Another Big Company From Her District ― Says It Will Steal Immigrant Jobs

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is trying to chase off another corporation that wants to do business in her district.

Ocasio-Cortez, who last year helped stop Amazon from opening a campus headquarters in Long Island City, urged state Liquor Authority Chairman Vincent Bradley to deny Total Wine & More a license to open a box store in College Point, Queens. Although the applicant said the store would create about 100 local jobs, Ocasio-Cortez warned the low prices would undercut neighborhood liquor stores.

The Democrat ― a democratic socialist and advocate for something resembling “open borders” ― voiced particular concern for the potential impact on immigrants.

“My district enjoys many of the benefits of a vibrant small business economy: job creation for and by community members, socio-economic mobility for immigrants and new Americans, and long-lasting relationships between proprietors and their customers,” Ocasio-Cortez said in the Sept. 17 letter to Bradley obtained by The New York Post.

“I am deeply concerned about the potential impacts that MCT Fine Wine & Spirits would have on the local small business community. As a large retailer with ties to a billion dollar nationwide chain, Total Wines has access to resources and economies of scale with which smaller retailers could not compete,” she said.

“Total Wines has a history of loss leader pricing — selling alcohol at or below cost in order to sell high-end products at a generous margin. Our small businesses would not be able to compete with such practices and it would be devastating to the largely immigrant community that is currently employed at many of these stores.”

Ocasio-Cortez concluded: “In order to support our small businesses, I humbly state my opposition to MCT Fine Wine & Spirit’s application to operate a retail liquor establishment in Collegepoint, NY.”

Total Wine, sometimes called “the Walmart of liquor,” has nearly 200 stores across 23 states and estimated annual revenue of $3 billion. After allowing Total Wine to open a store on Long Island in 2017, state regulators blocked two attempts by the chain to open second stores under pressure from local liquor merchants and the New York State Retailers Alliance.

New York state law bars major liquor chains from applying for a state license, in the name of protecting smaller merchants. But Michelle Trone, the applicant for the Total Wine store in College Point, sought to open an individual store under a different corporate name, MCT Fine Wine & Spirits, which is allowed. Trone is the daughter of Ocasio-Cortez’s Democratic colleague in the House, Rep. David Trone of Massachusetts, who co-owns Total Wine.

Ocasio-Cortez was won over by appeals from neighborhood liquor store owners, who also flipped dozens of Queens officials who initially supported Michelle Trone’s application, the Post reported last week.

While the merchants praised Ocasio-Cortez for taking their side, it is unclear how her other constituents will feel about losing a big employer that sells cheap booze. Her leading role in scaring off Amazon last November has proved unpopular.

An April Siena College poll found that 57 percent of voters in Ocasio-Cortez’s 14th Congressional District think Amazon’s withdrawal was “bad for New York.” A March poll by the same pollster showed that, citywide, Ocasio-Cortez is seen as the “biggest villain” in the Amazon saga, which would have seen the internet giant create 25,000 news jobs in exchange for $3 billion in subsidies.

More than two-thirds of New Yorkers wanted the deal to go through, according to Siena College.

    My Thoughts:

So this POS would rather give jobs to illegal immigrants rather than the American citizens that live there. What an ass hole.

Trump on Ukraine Whistleblower Complaint: Somebody Ought To Look into Joe Biden

President Donald Trump encouraged White House reporters Friday to look into Democratic presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden’s threat to Ukrainian officials to withhold U.S. aid if a prosecutor overseeing a criminal investigation involving Biden’s son Hunter was not fired.

The Hill reported that Trump dismissed a “partisan” whistleblower’s complaint against him that made headlines Wednesday and is believed to involve a conversation the president had with a Ukrainian leader.

Asked whether he had discussed Biden or the former vice president’s family, Trump responded, “It doesn’t matter what I discussed, but I will say this, somebody ought to look into Joe Biden’s statement, because it was disgraceful, where he talked about billions of dollars that he’s not giving to a certain country unless a certain prosecutor is taken off the case.

“So somebody ought to look into that, but you wouldn’t because he’s a Democrat. The fake news doesn’t look into things like that. It’s a disgrace.”

At a Council on Foreign Relations event in January 2018, Biden recounted an official visit he took to Ukraine in March 2016 during which he spoke about how he pressured President Petro Poroshenko to fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin or not receive $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees.

“I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion. I’m going to be leaving here in,’ I think it was, ‘about six hours.’ I looked at them and said, ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,’” Biden recalled telling Poroshenko.

“Well, son of a b—-, he got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time,” the former vice president told the Council on Foreign Relations.

Investigative reporter John Solomon wrote in The Hill, “Ukrainian officials tell me there was one crucial piece of information that Biden must have known but didn’t mention to his audience: The prosecutor he got fired was leading a wide-ranging corruption probe into the natural gas firm Burisma Holdings that employed Biden’s younger son, Hunter, as a board member.”

“U.S. banking records show Hunter Biden’s American-based firm, Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC, received regular transfers into one of its accounts — usually more than $166,000 a month — from Burisma from spring 2014 through fall 2015, during a period when Vice President Biden was the main U.S. official dealing with Ukraine and its tense relations with Russia,” Solomon said.

Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, argued on Fox News Thursday night that Joe Biden’s actions in Ukraine constituted bribery from which his son personally benefited.

“The vice president of the United States bribed a foreign official. Isn’t that a matter of great concern to this country?” Giuliani asked Fox News host Laura Ingraham.

“The crime of bribery is defined in the Ukraine, as well as all over the world, as the following: You cannot offer something of value in exchange for official action,” he said.

The former federal prosecutor explained that the billion-dollar loan guarantee was something of great value and an official act was taken in exchange when Poroshenko fired his nation’s top prosecutor.

“That’s a crime, prima facie [on its face],” Giuliani said.

Trump predicted Friday that the media’s reporting suggesting that he engaged in wrongdoing by allegedly discussing Biden with a Ukrainian will ultimately play in his favor.

“Keep asking questions and build it up as big as possible,” he said, “so you can have a bigger downfall.”

    My Thoughts:

Biden's days are numbered along with his son. Just watch the video about Biden bragging about the bribe he placed to the President of Ukraine to fire their AG or else he’ll take the $1.8 billion loan from the US back to Washington.

AOC Falsely Claims DC Was 1st US Territory To Abolish Slavery. She’s Off by 75 Years & Hundreds of Miles

There’s this website I’d like to introduce Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to. It’s a fantastically popular one as well. It can be found at Google.com.

The company that runs it has a pretty substantial liberal bias, but I have to admit it’s pretty amazing. You can search for anything and it’ll give you a wealth of information on the topic. “Heaviest rhinoceros?” It was over 10,000 pounds, according to my search results. First state in America? That would be Delaware, the first state to ratify the 1787 Constitution. Biggest pizza ever? It had a diameter of 122 feet, 8 inches.

In fact, many popular web browsers have Google integration, allowing you to literally type stuff into the URL bar on your browser in order to search. It couldn’t be any easier. You can do this at any time — particularly before you tweet. This can be really advantageous if you’re a public figure and want to do a quick fact-check.

I mention this only because I’m fairly certain AOC hasn’t discovered Google yet.

I know — weird, right? Yet, when Ocasio-Cortez talks about how millennials were the first generation to protest the government, you get the feeling this is someone in desperate need of a search engine. Heck, even Wikipedia would do.

Either of those sites would have saved her from the dog’s breakfast that was her astonishing tweet Thursday about the District of Columbia.

Like many of the liberal denizens of the nation’s capital, Ocasio-Cortez wants to see Washington get statehood. Her arguments, however, might not exactly resemble theirs. Or reality.

“DC was the 1st territory in the United States to free the enslaved,” she declared.

“It’s where Black Americans fled the tyranny of slavery & towards greater freedom, to DC. Yet today it’s where 2nd class citizenship reigns, and the right to vote is denied.

“It’s time to recognize DC statehood.”

So, let’s unpack the multifarious ways she was wrong.

First: D.C. wasn’t the first territory in the United States to free the enslaved. In fact, she was off by about 300 miles and 75 years.

In 1787 — also the annus mirabilis of the signing of our Constitution — the Northwest Ordinance was signed. This was the governing document of the territory that would eventually be parceled into Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota.

And I quote: “There shall be neither slavery nor involuntary servitude in the said territory, otherwise than in the punishment of crimes whereof the party shall have been duly convicted: Provided, always, That any person escaping into the same, from whom labor or service is lawfully claimed in any one of the original States, such fugitive may be lawfully reclaimed and conveyed to the person claiming his or her labor or service as aforesaid.”

Using Google Maps (another wondrous product of that aforementioned corporation), you’re able to see that the nearest point of the Northwest Territory was about 300 miles away.

She’s off in terms of the time frame as well. For instance, if she had used Google, she might have discovered a page on the District of Columbia’s website that explains some, ahem, inconvenient facts about Washington and slavery.

“The District of Columbia, which became the nation’s capital in 1791, was by 1862 a city of contrasts: a thriving center for slavery and the slave trade, and a hub of anti-slavery activity among abolitionists of all colors,” the website reads. “Members of Congress represented states in which slavery was the backbone of the economy, and those in which slavery was illegal.

“One result of the intense struggle over slavery was the DC Compensated Emancipation Act of 1862, passed by the Congress and signed by President Abraham Lincoln. The act ended slavery in Washington, DC, freed 3,100 individuals, reimbursed those who had legally owned them and offered the newly freed women and men money to emigrate. It is this legislation, and the courage and struggle of those who fought to make it a reality that we commemorate every April 16, DC Emancipation Day.”

Now, look at that date: 1862, in the middle of the Civil War.

Using Google again, Ocasio-Cortez could discover that this war was precipitated because the states that had outlawed slavery in the North were fighting states that refused to outlaw slavery in the South. Definitionally, this would have to mean that a lot of other territories had outlawed slavery long before the District did and were in the midst of the most sanguinary conflict in American history to end it in the other territories.

Hours after her original tweet, AOC followed up by saying, “The right is pushing back on this. To clarify in 280 chars, DC was the first area where enslaved people were freed by the US government.

“It was enacted by the Compensated Emancipation Act of 1862.

“(Certain localities and municipalities did pursue abolition earlier, but none were federally recognized.)”

Another amazing thing Ocasio-Cortez could have discovered on Google was that the people in D.C. have “the right to vote.”

The District, in fact, has three electoral votes, which reliably go to whatever Democrat gets put on the ballot. Even when the candidate to the left is getting shellacked — say, George McGovern in 1972 or Walter Mondale in 1984 — he can always count on getting three electoral votes from D.C. In both of those cases, the candidates won only one other state.

Residents of the nation’s capital can also vote for their own city government, including officials like Marion Barry, the “Mayor for Life” of the city who got re-elected even after he went to jail for smoking crack.

I guess what Ocasio-Cortez might be saying is that they should be able to vote on having two senators and representatives like a proper state — a popular position among Democrats since it would boost their numbers.

But then, D.C. statehood isn’t really the issue here. Instead, we’re dealing with the colossal ignorance of the most famous, outspoken Democrats in America. I don’t think it’s too much to expect from our elected officials that they know these things. I certainly did.

Even if they don’t know them, however, it’s definitely not too much to ask for them to Google the facts before they fire off a tweet.

Given that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez didn’t, I can only assume she’s unfamiliar with the website. For her own sake, it may be time to acquaint herself with it.

Barack Obama Has Less Than Two Weeks Before Facing SERIOUS INDICTMENTS!

Former President Barack Obama may have less than two weeks before he’s indicted for election meddling.

Inspector General Mike Horowitz submitted his report on alleged abuses by Obama’s Department of Justice and FBI during the 2016 election to Attorney General William Barr last week.

Included in the report are Horowitz’ conclusions on the potential misuse of FISA wiretaps on Trump campaign aides during the election, which experts have said that the scandal could directly link as high as Obama’s Oval Office.

If Inspector General Mike Horowitz found credible evidence that Obama ordered an illegal wiretap of then-Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump during the 2016 election, Obama would likely be indicted.

Barr’s office is currently reviewing the FISA investigation report for redactions, review, and classifications. After, the investigation’s conclusions are expected to be made public — and the legal indictments will begin.

There are already rumors that when the review is finished, former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe will be indicted.

It begs the question: Who else from the Department of Justice, FBI, and/or Obama’s White House will be implicated?

Will it include former FBI Director James Comey? Former British spy Christopher Steele? Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch?

    The former president himself?

Should the timeline to special counsel Robert Mueller’s report on Russian election interference hold true for Horowitz’ report, the American public can expect those answers by the middle of October.

However, The Hill’s John Solomon told Fox News’ Sean Hannity last Thursday that the conclusions could be released as soon as the end of this month.

In other words, it’s possible — though admittedly unlikely — that Obama is indicted for illegal wiretapping and election interference in just 12 short days.

The mountain of information that makes up Horowitz’s report is staggering. Investigators reviewed through more than one million official documents and records, and conducted more than 100 interrogations related to the Trump-Russia special counsel investigation, the FISA court applications for wiretaps and renewals, FBI paid informants on the Trump campaign, and more.

As for the timeline, Trump wants American voters to get the whole truth. He wants it released as soon as possible. And the president’s allies expect jail time for at least some of those indicted.

    Some legal experts disagree.

“What I think is going to happen is nobody is going to be charged with any criminal activity,” Jon Sale, a Miami-based legal expert, told Politico recently.

If so, that will leave justice in the hands of the court of public opinion — where Trump also wants to make his case.

Trump wants “as much as possible to be known to the public,” Rep. Jody Hice, R-G.A., said during a House Oversight Committee hearing on Wednesday.

“Are you working with the Department of Justice to have some of that declassified?” Hice asked Horowitz.

“Right now, what we’ve done is meet with the folks at the Justice Department and the FBI to tell them what we’ve done so far. They have the draft of the factual information that we’ve developed,” Horowitz replied. “We’ve talked through the classification issues with them, but it’s ultimately up to them to decide what’s going to be marked and how it’s going to be marked or how it’s not going to be marked.”

Horowitz told the Oversight Committee that he hadn’t yet been contacted by Democrat-controlled House committees to testify on his findings.

“You spent a lot of time on this report,” Rep. Jim Jordan, R-O.H., said. “This is pretty significant. You would anticipate testifying in front of both the House Oversight Committee, which has jurisdiction over inspector generals, plus the House Judiciary Committee, is that right?”

“I would say, as to any of my reports, I always am available and willing to testify,” Horowitz replied.

    My Thoughts:

Let the chips fall where they may, because everyone connected with trying to remove President Trump with illegal actions, need to be held accountable from the top on down the food chain of the Obama Presidential Administration.

It would be a heart-warming experience for Americans to see, for once, a politician face the full impact of the law for their criminal activities. Maybe if Obama goes down, the Justice Dept. with grow a pair and, finally, nail Hillary.

Democrat Senators Fear Beto O’Rourke Torpedoed Gun Control with Confiscation Push

Democrat senators currently pushing gun control laws worry presidential candidate Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke torpedoed any chance of passage via his insistence on firearm confiscation.

Breitbart News reported that O’Rourke talked of confiscating firearms during the September 12, 2019, Democrat debate. He said, “Hell yes, we’re going to take your AR-15.”

During an appearance on MSNBC the next morning, O’Rourke made clear that handing over AR-15s will be “mandatory” under his plan. Breitbart News reported that O’Rourke’s push was a game-changer, proving the left’s goal is gun seizure.

The Associated Press noted that Second Amendment Foundation founder Alan Gottlieb welcomed O’Rourke’s push, simply for the damage that it does to the gun control movement. Gottlieb said, “This is what their goal is. We’ve always said it, now they’re saying it. Now they’ve said it and we’re going to make them eat it.”

Democrat senators pushing gun control are not happy with O’Rourke’s push. Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) explicitly stated that he does not support the confiscatory push. CNN quoted Coons saying, “I don’t think a majority of the Senate or the country is going to embrace mandatory buybacks. We need to focus on what we can get done.”

Gun control Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA) is also disgruntled by O’Rourke’s push.

    My Thoughts:

Yep Beto did us a great favor by putting into plain words their ultimate goal for our 2A. Confiscations are their ultimate goal, they're just pissed because he told the truth about their real intentions.

If all of the Democrats were so worried about all of the pollution in the country, then way haven’t they down anything about all of the trash, human waste, drug needles, etc. that are polluting their political districts, Baltimore, San Fran, LA just to name a few.

There’s something about Trump that’s like a bug light for wacko’s, they can’t help themselves going towards the light with their false fake news items.
