House Democrats have continued to move forward with the partisan impeachment process; one that has lacked transparency from the very beginning. It's time to focus on the issues that really matter — issues like enhancing border security, growing our economy, and working toward true fiscal accountability in Washington. Republicans instead want to get real results for the American people, while House Democrats are only concerned with impeachment.

Ukrainian MP Announces Hunter Biden DID RECEIVE Millions In Illegal Funds From Burisma! CASE CLOSED

A Ukrainian MP, member of parliament Andriy Derkach, held a press conference today on the owner of Burisma announcing that Hunter Biden and his partners received around 16.5 million in illegal funds from Burisma:

INTERFAX – Some $16.5 million received by Hunter Biden, the son of former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, as payment from Burisma was stolen from Ukrainian citizens, member of parliament Andriy Derkach has said.

Derkach said at a press conference at the Kyiv-based Interfax-Ukraine news agency that on November 14 the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) announced a new suspicion to the owner of Burisma, former Ecology Minister Mykola Zlochevsky.

“The PGO document once again confirms the data I had previously published on Burisma and international corruption. According to Zlochevsky’s suspicion notice, Biden and partners received their $16.5 million for their services to Burisma. Biden received funds not due to the successful activity of Burisma or for brilliant business decisions or recommendations. This is the money of Ukrainian citizens. The funds were obtained by criminal means. That’s what they say in the PGO,” Derkach said.

Derkach said the new suspicion notice to Zlochevsky was received by him from investigative journalists.

“According to the investigation, Zlochevsky was directly involved in the withdrawal of funds by the Yanukovych “family” (the Yanukovych criminal organization, according to the notice). They laundered the funds of Yanukovych through three companies in Latvia,” Derkach said.

I’m not sure exactly what a suspicion notice entails, but it appears they are issued by the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Below are the names of Biden’s partners:

Zlochevsky revealed the amount of money that was transferred to the representatives of Burisma Group, including Hunter Biden. According to the documents, about $16.5 million was transferred in favor of Hunter Biden, Aleksander Kwasniewski, Alan Apter, and Devon Archer.

16.5 million is a bunch of money and I wonder how much of that landed in Joe Biden’s bank account.

But wait, it gets better. In a separate Interfax article, Derkach suggests that another 7.4 billion being laundered by former president Yanukovych may have been connected to the Democrat Party and Obama:

“Last week, November 14, the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO), unnoticed by the media, announced a new suspicion to the notorious owner of Burisma, ex-Ecology Minister Zlochevsky. According to the suspicion, the Yanukovych family is suspected, in particular, with legalizing (laundering) of criminally obtained income through Franklin Templeton Investments, an investment fund carrying out purchases of external government loan bonds totaling $7.4 billion,” Derkach said.

With reference to the investigation, he emphasized: it was money criminally obtained by the “family” of Yanukovych and invested in the purchase of Ukrainian debt in 2013-2014.

For his part, MP Oleksandr Dubinsky from the Servant of the People faction said that according to investigators, “the Yanukovych ‘family’ illegally obtained $7.4 billion and laundered the funds through an investment fund close to some representatives of the U.S. Democratic Party in the form of external government loan bonds.”

Meanwhile, Derkach said that several facts indicate Franklin Templeton Investments’ relationship with the U.S. Democratic Party.

“The son of Templeton’s founder, John Templeton Jr., was one of President Obama’s major campaign donors. Another fund-related character is Thomas Donilon. Managing Director of BlackRock Investment Institute, shareholder Franklin Templeton Investments, which has the largest share in the fund. It is noteworthy that he previously was Obama’s national security advisor,” Derkach said.

Derkach believes that the Ukraine and the US need to team up to get to the bottom of all this corruption that centered around ex-president Viktor Yanukovych:

“President Zelensky must pick up the phone, dial Trump, ask for help and cooperation in the fight against corruption and fly to Washington. The issue of combating international corruption in Ukraine with the participation of citizens, businessmen and U.S. officials should become a key during the meeting of the two presidents,” he said.

I’m sure Trump would be all about combining efforts with Ukrainians to get to the bottom of all of this. It sounds quite necessary to be honest, but given how Democrats are trying to destroy Trump and protect Biden in all of this, it’s probably too much of a hot potato until after the elections.

About time someone got to the bottom of all of this.

    WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Pelosi: "it is dangerous to have the American people decide the fate of the 2020 election."
    Let that sink in, y'all...
She may say it's dangerous for the country but we all know she means it's dangerous for HER career as a politician.

DEMOCRATS HOPED TO SWAY REPUBLICANS ON IMPEACHMENT. THAT DREAM HAS FAILED TO BECOME A REALITY

Twelve witnesses. Five days. Zero Republican defectors.

With the public phase of the House impeachment inquiry believed to be complete, Democrats are inching closer to impeaching President Donald Trump. But there remains to be any House Republican who has indicated they support the removal of the president—leaving GOP leadership worry-free.

Despite several current and former administration officials painting a damning portrait of a president who sought to pressure a foreign counterpart to engage in investigations abroad that would benefit him politically here at home, Republicans did not budge. Democrats have, as a result, appear to have failed to persuade their colleagues across the aisle.

In fact, the moderate GOP members whom Democrats pointed to as potential swing voters who could shift the impeachment tide within the Republican Party swung the opposite direction, backing their colleagues' opinion that the allegations that Trump engaged in bribery or abused his power lack evidence. And while his alleged wrongdoing may have very well been improper, they said, they've made clear their belief that Trump's actions do not deserve impeachment.

And behind closed doors, GOP leadership isn't showing any signs of distress over defectors when articles of impeachment presumably come up for a vote. When the topic was addressed during a minority whip meeting Friday, there was no concern expressed among top Republicans, according to a senior GOP aide who attended but who requested anonymity to discuss the private deliberations.

Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee, the panel that's spearheaded the inquiry and hosted the public hearings, are "representative of the conference—spans the spectrum," the aide said. As evidence, they pointed to Reps. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Elise Stefanik (R-NY), the former a longtime Trump defender, and the latter, a lawmaker who rose to recent prominence for her defenses of the president, compared with Rep. Will Hurd (R-TX), a moderate whom Democrats had their eye on.

But, the aide pointed out, "there is no daylight between them."

Hurd made that evident at Thursday's impeachment hearing.

"An impeachable offense should be compelling, overwhelmingly clear and unambiguous, and it's not something to be rushed or taken lightly," Hurd said. "I've not heard evidence proving the president committed bribery or extortion."

    My Thoughts:

Considering that a high number of the Democratic witnesses stated that Trump said he didn't want any Quid Pro Quo with Ukraine, it's really hard to prove he wanted it.

Horowitz’s report on the FISA abuse is coming out Dec 9th and from what is currently known; quite a few people who were and are in the FBI, DOJ and other federal agencies are going to be subject to various federal criminal charges.

And right behind that report will be the Durham report which will be showing the various federal criminal actions that were done concerning the 2016 Presidential election, including Hillary, Comey, McCabe, Strzok and many others.

Mark my words, because of the way Shifty Schiff’s impeachment hearings have gone, It’s very possible that the Democrats in the House won’t vote for impeachment because when it goes to the Senate the whole circumstances will be really different and the Republicans in the Senate will be able to subpoena whoever they want and that includes, the so called whistleblower, Schiff, Joe & Hunter Biden among others that will show that this entire impeachment proceeding is a losing avenue for all of the Democrats, not to mention all of the Democrats who are in districts that Trump heavily won in the last election.

House Dems overwhelmingly reject motion to condemn illegal immigrant voting

Nearly every House Democrat on Friday opposed a measure condemning voting in U.S. elections by illegal immigrants, as part of a sweeping election reform bill.

The GOP-backed measure would have added language to the “H.R. 1” election proposal stating that “allowing illegal immigrants the right to vote devalues the franchise and diminishes the voting power of United States citizens.”

Federal law already prohibits non-citizens from voting in elections for federal office. But the GOP motion referenced how San Francisco is allowing non-citizens, including illegal immigrants, to register to vote in school board elections.

The motion was voted down 228-197. All but six Democrats in the House voted against it. Just one Republican opposed it.

Lauren Fine, a spokeswoman for House GOP Whip Steve Scalise, pointed out that an identical resolution was adopted by the House last September. But on Friday, 41 Democrats flipped to oppose the latest measure.

“These 41 Democrats must now answer to voters why they were against illegal immigrants voting in elections six months ago, but are suddenly in favor of it now,” Fine said.

The House on Friday later approved the Democrat-backed election bill. It would institute public financing of congressional campaigns, require presidential candidates to disclose tax returns and make Election Day a federal holiday. But the measure is dead on arrival in the Senate, where Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., has blasted the bill.

The "H.R. 1" measure has been criticized by civil libertarians and Republicans over First Amendment concerns.

The American Civil Liberties Union, in a recent letter to Congress, encouraged lawmakers to vote against the proposal because of “provisions that unconstitutionally impinge on the free speech rights of American citizens and public interest organizations.”

“They will have the effect of harming our public discourse by silencing necessary voices that would otherwise speak out about the public issues of the day,” the ACLU wrote.

One concern of civil libertarians is the bill’s inclusion of the DISCLOSE ACT, which would require all organizations that spend money on elections to disclose donors.

The ACLU said it supports making organizations report spending for public communications like TV ads that expressly call for the election or defeat of a candidate for office. But it worries the DISCLOSE ACT goes beyond that.

“These standards are unclear and entirely subjective, which will lead to confusion and, ultimately, less speech,” the ACLU said.

    My Thoughts:

So Democrats want non-citizens deciding what is good for Americans?..... “Nearly every House Democrat on Friday opposed a measure condemning voting in U.S. elections by illegal immigrants, as part of a sweeping election reform bill.

The GOP-backed measure would have added language to the “H.R. 1” election proposal stating that “allowing illegal immigrants the right to vote devalues the franchise and diminishes the voting power of United States citizens.”

You know if the Democrats allow dead people to vote; what’s wrong with illegals voting.

Why Is The Media Still Pushing Adam Schiff's Quid Quo Pro Hoax In Light Of The Blatant Contradictions In The Witness Testimonies?

At the end of the impeachment kangaroo show trials, Democrats made a concerted effort to spread lies they made up about Republican positions that simply don't exist. The culmination of which was with Adam Schiff's fact-devoid closing remarks where he said Republicans deny Russia interfered in the U.S. election, that there was proof of a quid pro quo with Ukraine over military aid, and that Ukraine never colluded with the Democrat Party to influence the 2016 election. All of which are categorically untrue.

But that did not stop the press from picking up the football and running with it:

"Analysis: Mountain of impeachment evidence is beyond dispute" - Associated Press

"Fiona Hill nails the Democrats' case" - CNN

"Officials handed the House a pile of evidence for impeachment" - NBC News

But this "pile" or "mountain" of evidence is nothing. It's testimonies based on a giant game of telephone. "This guy said this because I heard him say it. I can't remember exactly what he said or what really happened for sure, but have a clear recollection of the conversations and events!"

When these flimsy testimonies fell apart at the slightest bit of questioning from Republican lawmakers, instead of the media doing their job and reporting the facts, they continued to play damage control for Adam Schiff and the Democrats. Apparently the media didn't think the treasure trove of contradictory statements in this so-called "mountain of evidence" in the testimonials was an important fact to report on.

No. Move along. Nothing to see here. There's no reason to disagree with us. The blatant hoax campaign being run by Adam Schiff and the Democrats is a fact. But back in the real world, the hoax campaign was most painfully obvious during the last round of questioning when Holmes couldn't bring himself to say "yes" when Stefanik asked him whether Trump and Zelenskiy met. He had to be asked three times before a simple "yes" was offered. If you can't answer a question based on actual events, then what are you really doing here?

    My Thoughts:

They have done nothing for American citizens for over 3 years.

The newest impeachment casualty - Pelosi delaying the new USMCA deal until after the year, supposedly to not take away from the impeachment hearing. While Nancy denies the delay is over the impeachment, her continued optics of completing the house portion impeachment belays that:

"Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Sunday left open the possibility that Democrats’ impeachment inquiry will continue into next year, saying she has “no idea” whether it would be finished by the end of December, the strongest indication yet that their probe into President Donald Trump could interfere with the 2020 presidential race."

This is just the latest installment of the democrat resist and obstruct strategy, as the republican agenda is held hostage by the modern day Nazis in a desperate ploy to win next year's presidential election, over America safety and economic success.
