Witness Articia Bomer: “The Democrat Affiliated Poll Employees Were Overwriting Ballots”

The former U.S. Congressional candidate, and GOP poll watcher outlines many instances of election misconduct she witnessed in Michigan.

Let me ask you a question.

If there is truly no evidence of election fraud then why are there continued and sustained reports all over the country of election misconduct?

Why are there over 230 pages of sworn affidavits?

Why is the MSM and the Liberal media so silent about this?

Why do they dismiss it casually after 4 years of sustained attacks against President Trump, alleging accounts of fabled “Russian Meddling”?

I’ll tell you why: it is because they are all complicit with what is going on.

Yet another witness has come forth to detail the horrible election misconduct she witnessed

That Witness is former U.S. Congressional candidate and Michigan resident Articia Bomer.

    My Thoughts:

We can only hope & pray that all of these illegal actions are legally charged and everyone is held accountable.

Pennsylvania, Michigan and Arizona Legislatures Will Hold Hearings on Election Fraud

Three state legislatures will hold hearings on election fraud after all three states came under fire for potential election fraud and illegal voting that President Donald Trump’s campaign says was problematic in the 2020 presidential election.

The Donald J. Trump for President Campaign Legal Team today announced that the State Legislatures in Pennsylvania, Arizona and Michigan will hold public hearings on the election beginning tomorrow and next week in an effort to provide confidence that all of the legal votes have been counted and the illegal votes have not been counted in the November 3rd election.

The first hearing, held by the Pennsylvania State Senate, will be conducted tomorrow, Wednesday, November 25th, in Gettysburg, PA, where each participating Senator will give a five-minute opening statement followed by testimony from witnesses who have filed affidavits attesting to 2020 election fraud. Tomorrow’s hearing will also feature a presentation from former New York City Mayor and Personal Attorney to President Trump, Rudy Giuliani.

On Monday, November 30th, the Arizona legislature will hold their own hearing, followed by the Michigan legislature holding their own hearing on Tuesday, December 1st. Details for both hearings to follow.

“It’s in everyone’s interest to have a full vetting of election irregularities and fraud,” said Mayor Giuliani. “And the only way to do this is with public hearings, complete with witnesses, videos, pictures and other evidence of illegalities from the November 3rd election.”

“We are pleased that the State Legislatures in Pennsylvania, Arizona and Michigan will be convening hearings to examine the November 3rd presidential election,” added Trump campaign Senior Legal Advisor and Personal Attorney to President Donald J. Trump, Jenna Ellis. “There were serious irregularities, we have proof of fraud in a number of states, and it is important for all Americans to have faith in our electoral process. All we have wanted from the outset is to count every legal vote and discount every illegal vote.”

State Legislatures are uniquely qualified and positioned to hold hearings on election irregularities and fraud before electors are chosen. As established in Article 2, Section 1.2 of the United States Constitution, State Legislatures have the sole authority to select their representatives to the Electoral College, providing a critical safeguard against voter fraud and election manipulation.

Hopefully, they will get down to the true facts and all of those voting frauds that were conducted will be corrected.

Predicting a Second Trump Term, Sidney Powell Says ‘Massive’ Georgia Lawsuit Coming by Thanksgiving Eve

Sidney Powell isn’t done fighting for President Trump even though the Trump legal team distanced themselves from the attorney over the weekend.

The former federal prosecutor told Fox Business host Lou Dobbs on Tuesday that she plans to file a lawsuit in federal court “no later” than Thanksgiving eve.

“It’s a massive document. And it’s going to have a lot of exhibits,” Powell said, adding that the defendants are “going to be folks in Georgia who are responsible for supposedly making sure the elections in Georgia are done properly, and there are just countless incidents of voter fraud and election fraud writ large in Georgia.”

Powell did not name any targets of the lawsuit while speaking with Dobbs, but over the weekend, she said the alleged corruption went all the way to Gov. Brian Kemp, claiming state officials were being paid to be part of a conspiracy with Dominion Voting Systems, which has denied being involved in a vote-switching scheme, and much more.

Powell also said on Tuesday that she will be filing lawsuits in other places, “rolling them out as fast as we can.”

Timing is critical as states are certifying their votes and the Electoral College meets in the middle of December. But Powell assured Dobbs that she will meet all the necessary deadlines. “The evidence is so overwhelming, it’s almost as though they were so blatant about it they expected us to catch it,” she said.

Earlier this month, the Department of Homeland Security released a joint statement with some partners and advisers that said that “there is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.” The statement also stressed that “the Nov. 3rd election was the most secure in American history.”

Afterward, Trump fired Chris Krebs, who served as the director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. Trump later said the statement was “highly inaccurate.” Trump has refused to concede the presidential race, claiming it was “rigged” and is waging legal fights and requesting recounts, but his General Services Administration did authorize on Monday the beginning of a transition to a Biden administration.

Powell acknowledged that the evidence she is collecting could be a “diversion” of sorts, but then asserted that “it’s also clear that there was foreign intrusion into our voting systems, and that’s going to be the real — where rubber meets the road.”

Asked if Trump’s presidency can be saved, Powell replied: “Yes, I definitely do. There are, there’s no issue in my mind, but that he was elected in an absolute landslide nationwide.”

Nevada Judge Agrees to Hear Evidence of Alleged Voter Fraud

A judge in Nevada has agreed to a court date next month to hear from Republicans who allege widespread voter fraud.

First Judicial District Court Judge James Russell set a Dec. 3 evidentiary hearing in the case, which is being presented by President Donald Trump’s campaign.

Up to 15 witnesses may be deposed in the case, the judge said on Tuesday.

“The complaint is kind of a very limited nature, challenging basically the machine used in Clark County,” Russell said, the Nevada Independent reported. Jesse Binnall, a Trump campaign lawyer, said the complaint is “far from the main meat of our challenge” and that evidence will come from deposed witnesses.

“We will have whistleblower testimony showing that overnight, the disks that were used to hold votes would magically have votes appear and reappear on the same desk,” he added.

The Trump campaign has alleged there are thousands of instances of provable voter fraud in Nevada, a crucial battleground state that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden won by about 23,000 votes.

“We now believe that Donald Trump won Nevada, once you take out the fraud and irregularities,” Binnall said on Fox Business last week.

“And these are instances of dead people voting, people voting in multiple jurisdictions.”

Marc Elias, an opposition attorney, has said the lawsuit is “frivolous” and amounts to “fishing for evidence.”

Matt Schlapp, a Trump ally who chairs the American Conservative Union political organization, said on Fox News’ “Hannity” on Tuesday night that the Dec. 3 hearing is “big news.”

“A lot of people in the national media have said, ‘if you have evidence of voter fraud, show it.’ Well, we have thousands and thousands of examples of real people in real-life instances of voter illegality,” he said. “I just think it’s a great step that we’re going to have a chance to present it in court.”

Mark Meadows, the White House chief of staff, added in a tweet that “Americans will now hear evidence from those who saw firsthand what happened—a critical step for transparency and remedying illegal ballots.”

Here we go! Sidney Powell takes on Dominion Voting Systems, Voter Fraud in Georgia

Sidney Powell is set to "release the kraken," and the first target is Georgia. Powell told Lou Dobbs that the first case will be filed in Georgia, and other states will follow "as fast as they can." The targets are Dominion Voting Systems and statewide corruption which led to massive voter fraud. Powell says she is confident the evidence will save the Trump presidency. Will she succeed?

In her interview, Powell pointed to the Dominion voting machines and Smartmatic software as the main reasons the Trump campaign fell behind in the state. So, if the devil is Dominion, then Powell is heading to Georgia with her fiddle. The battle should be epic!

There are times like these that to make sure the countries voting system is correct and needs to be secure.

Sidney Powell promises “Biblical” lawsuit coming in vote fraud cases as she accused Georgia governor of corrupt deal with Dominion.

Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell has been dropping bombshells like a boss over the past several days as she prepares to file what she described as a lawsuit of “biblical” proportions in Georgia, alleging massive electronic vote fraud that flipped several states from President Trump to Joe Biden.

In an interview with Newsmax TV, Powell also accused Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger of making a deal to purchase Dominion Voting Systems that included some kind of kickback on the $100 million price tag.

Asked about the state’s election results being certified for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden over the weekend, Powell blew it off.

“That’s a total farce. Georgia’s probably going to be the first state I’m gonna blow up, and Mr. Kemp and the secretary of state need to go with it because they’re in on the Dominion [Voting Systems] scam with their last-minute purchase or reward of a contract to Dominion of $100 million,” she said, going on to suggest that Georgia law enforcement officials should be investigating that.

When she was pressed on her accusation against Kemp, who has been an ally of the president, she nevertheless insisted that Trump’s campaign team has “certainly been told that there is evidence of that and would warrant an investigation if anybody were actually going to do an honest investigation.”

“We’ve got tons of evidence; it’s so much, it’s hard to pull it all together. Hopefully this week we will get it ready to file, and it will be biblical. It’s a massive project to pull this fraud claim together with the evidence that I want to put in,” she said. “You name the manner of fraud and it occurred in Georgia.”

“We’ve got ballots being shredded, ballots being thrown out in trash bags, lying by people working in the [vote counting] center, the votes being switched, the algorithms being run…you name the manner of fraud and it occurred in Georgia,” she said.

And Powell isn’t the only one making the allegations — of massive vote fraud and corruption involving Kemp.

“I’ve met with Sidney Powell at length. I’ve seen the evidence with respect to the Dominion machines and the software they use, and how they ran it through Barcelona in Spain, where they manipulated the votes,” attorney Lin Wood said in an interview Friday.

“I believe that Brian Kemp is corrupt. And he was corrupted with Chinese money,” Wood added. “I don’t believe he wants this election overthrown and the real results posted because then Brian Kemp’s gonna be facing a Trump administration attorney general and Brian Kemp will find himself in jail,” Wood added.

Those are strong charges, of course, but these are two seasoned attorneys and, in Wood’s case, he is very familiar with defamation cases, having successfully defended Atlanta Olympics guard Richard Jewell in the mid-1990s and Covington Catholic High student Nicolas Sandmann in his lawsuits against big media.

In fact, in his interview, Wood dares Kemp to file a defamation lawsuit against him if he’s wrong — something he doesn’t believe Kemp is going to do.

The point is, these two legal eagles are not going to throw their careers away, especially in such a high profile manner. We believe they are onto something, and we look forward to seeing what they have.

Pennsylvania Judge Blocks Election Certification Over Constitutionality of Mail-in Voting

As I detailed in this earlier story, several individuals — led by GOP House Member Mike Kelly — filed suit in Pennsylvania state court alleging that the “no excuse” absentee voting procedures adopted by the Pennsylvania General Assembly violate Sec. 14 of the Pennsylvania State Constitution. That provision establishes four narrow categories of “electors” who are eligible to request and vote by absentee ballot. The Plaintiffs — including two individuals who lost election contests for the United States House of Representatives and Pennsylvania House of Representatives — claim that all votes cast by individuals who were not eligible to vote under the provisions of the Sec. 14 of the Constitution, are invalid and should be removed from vote totals in all races.

The “no excuse” absentee ballot option was passed as part of Act 77. But at the same time, the legislators passed an identical amendment to Sec. 14 of the State Constitution to alter the language of that Section regarding authorized Absentee voting. The problem is that constitutional amendments must be passed in two successive sessions of the Pennsylvania Assembly, published in newspapers of general circulation in each County of Pennsylvania, and then be adopted by a majority of voters in the next general election before the amendments become effective. The proposed amendments to Sec. 14 have only been passed in one session of the Assembly, and have never been published or voted on by the public. Nevertheless, the state government put the provisions of Act 77 into immediate effect as if Sec. 14 had been amended.

The case is filed in the Court of Common Pleas in Allegheny County. This is the trial court level of the Pennsylvania court system. The judge assigned to the case is the Hon. Patricia McCullough.

As was reported earlier today by my RedState colleague Jennifer Oliver O’Connell, Judge McCollough issued an order early this morning in which she ordered the following:

She set an evidentiary hearing for this Friday, November 27, 2020.
To the extent there are any further steps to be taken in certifying the results of the Presidential election, the defendants — the State of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania General Assembly, Governor Frank Wolf, and Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar, are all enjoined from doing so pending the evidentiary hearing.
Defendants are directed to file an answer and memorandum of law responding to the complaint by 5:00 pm today.
Among the curiosities of the Pennsylvania state court system is the fact that judges at all levels in the state judiciary are elected to office, and they do so as partisan members of political parties. Many other states elect judges — or re-elect judges after they are first appointed — but few have judgeships filled as a partisan political exercise with members of political parties competing with each other in a general election.

Allegheny County is an overwhelmingly Democrat county that voted 59% to 39% for Joe Biden.

Yet, Judge McCullough was elected as a Republican. She was first appointed to the bench in 2005 and was last re-elected in 2019. Her current term of office expires in 2030.

Even though the various defendants in the case have now been ordered by Judge McCullough to file an answer and memorandum of law in response to the plaintiffs’ filing, on November 23, they opted to instead file a response and objections in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania — which is one of two intermediate appeals courts in the Pennsylvania judicial system. The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania is given authority by statute to hear all appeals concerning of final orders of certain state agencies and certain designated cases from the Courts of Common Pleas involving governmental legal questions and regulations.

Again, the nine Judges of the Commonwealth Court are elected to those positions. Currently, there are seven Republicans and two Democrats on this Court.

The response makes the following claims:

The Legislature included in Act 77 a provision that any challenge had to be brought within 180 days of its passage, and that time period expired before this suit was brought.

The plaintiffs lack standing because the complaint sets forth no particularized interest of the plaintiffs that is different than the generalized interest of all voters.

Challenges to Act 77 on constitutional grounds could only be filed in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court pursuant to a provision in the statute.

Resolutions and remedies in election disputes are provided for by statute, and no statute authorizes the remedy sought by plaintiffs.

The equitable doctrine of “laches” bars relief — “laches” provides that a litigant cannot “sit on their rights” with regard to a known legal claim if the delay works to the unfair disadvantage of the opponent.

Act 77 did not alter the provision of the Constitution for “absentee voting.” It simply created a new class of electors in Pennsylvania — those who prefer to vote by mail and not physically appear at voting precincts.

As noted, it was after this response was filed in the Commonwealth Court that Judge McCullough issued her order directing the defendants to file a response in her Court. The first issue that is going to need to be resolved is where this litigation will take place.

As for the claims raised by the defendants, it strikes me as odd — as a legal matter — that a legislature can place some meaningful time limit on the ability of litigants to challenge the constitutionality of legislation. If it was unconstitutional when passed, it doesn’t become constitutional by virtue of the passage of time. If Act 77 runs contrary to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Consitution, it did so no less on day 181 than it did on day 1 following passage. I think the same response would apply to the “laches” defense.

As for the standing claim, I would need to do more research but I am again scratching my head over the idea that a legislature can pass, and a governor can sign an unconstitutional law, but no one has standing to bring that to the attention of the courts to seek redress because all citizens of Pennsylvania are equally burdened?

And the response ignores the fact that two plaintiffs lost their elections, and can likely show factually that they did so by margins that would evaporate if no-excuse mail-in ballots that cast votes in their races were invalid on the basis that they were unconstitutional. On that basis, those two plaintiffs clearly have suffered an injury distinct from all electors in Pennsylvania.

The next 48 hours will be interesting to watch unfold with regard to this matter.

Pennsylvania Judge Blocks State From Certifying Election Results

Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough halted the state’s efforts to certify Pennsylvania’s election results before an evidentiary hearing to be held on Friday.

Just yesterday, Pennsylvania’s corrupt Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar certified the presidential and vice-presidential election and Democrat Governor Tom Wolf was quick to sign off the state’s results for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

Citing violations of Pennsylvania’s vote-by-mail measure, Act 77, Republican legislators sued the Democrat officials.

Unsurprisingly, the lawsuit received pushback from Democrats determined to rush through the state’s results despite widespread voting irregularities.

Sidney Powell has seen all the evidence.

    She HAS all the evidence.

She’s a highly respected attorney who is not going to throw her reputation away by making claims she cannot prove.

And Lou Dobbs just asked her: “When all this is said and done, is the Trump Presidency saved?”

“Yes, I have absolutely NO doubt he was elected in a MASSIVE landslide!”

New Lawsuit in Georgia from Trump Attorney Phillip Kline Targets over 100,000 Illegal Votes

Is this a second kraken released in Georgia?

On Wednesday, the Amistad Project filed a lawsuit contesting the Georgia results.

The lawsuit claims that over 100,000 illegal votes were improperly counted and tens of thousands of legal votes remained uncounted.

Kline also commented about outside money influencing the corruption:

If proven, Big Tech’s fingerprints are on this election in more ways than one.

Kline’s lawsuit is separate from the impending kraken to be released by Sidney Powell.

Powell still expects to file hers later Wednesday evening:

    Read more: https://welovetrump.com/2020/11/25/just-in-new-lawsuit-in-georgia-from-trump-attorney-phillip-kline-targets-over-100000-illegal-votes/?vgo_ee=%2B95CpglbkIpaXuqHfODdiIvy7T5YEJ8ohjC9vauJ g30%3D

    My Thoughts:
    100,000 fraudulent, illegal votes.
Folks, the story is not that one or two people voted twice or conducted "voter fraud".
    No.
    This is "ELECTION fraud".
    Big difference.
