AG Barr authorizes DOJ to pursue voter fraud allegations in 2020 elections

Attorney General William Barr authorized the Department of Justice (DOJ) to pursue what he called “substantial allegations” of voter fraud.

A memo from AG Barr to U.S. prosecutors nationwide said they could investigate “if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual state,” the Washington Times reported.

The move comes less than a week after Election Day and just days after a number of media outlets declared Democrat Joe Biden the presumptive president-elect, despite numerous lawsuits from the Trump campaign alleging voter fraud and suppression. The Associated Press reported that Barr’s action gives prosecutors the authority to go around established DOJ policy that would usually prevent such moves prior to the election being certified.

Barr said to delay investigating any allegations that would “clearly not impact the outcome of a federal election” until after the elections are certified.

“While it is imperative that credible allegations be addressed in a timely and effective manner, it is equally imperative that Department personnel exercise appropriate caution and maintain the Department’s absolute commitment to fairness, neutrality and non-partisanship,” Barr wrote.

In the memo, Barr argued that, in some cases, investigations could not be delayed until the election is certified.

The Associate Press reported that a DOJ official said neither Trump nor any White House official or lawmaker asked Barr to issue the memo.

Election issues, including recounts and legal battles, must be resolved in individual states by December 8. The Electoral College members convene on December 14 to determine a final outcome.

Bob Bauer, Biden’s campaign attorney, said in a statement that the Attorney General’s actions were “deeply unfortunate” and would only fuel the “specious, speculative, fanciful or far-fetched claims he professes to guard against.”

“Those are the very kind of claims that the president and his lawyers are making unsuccessfully every day, as their lawsuits are laughed out of one court after another,” Bauer said. “But, in the end, American democracy is stronger than any clumsy and cynical partisan political scheme.”

President Trump has not conceded the election, despite pressure from numerous media outlets, as well as top Democrats.

Earlier this year, AG Barr warned that “people are playing with fire” when it comes to widespread mail-in voting, adding that the concerns are not new.

Let’s hope that these investigations are conducted as soon as possible, so the country can proceed to know who the correct President is.

Lawsuit alleges election fraud in Detroit, provides sworn affidavits by witnesses

A new elections lawsuit filed in Michigan on Sunday alleges massive voter fraud in vote-counting procedures in Wayne County, a Democratic stronghold and home to the city of Detroit.

The Great Lakes Justice Center, a nonprofit civil liberties defense organization, announced its lawsuit in a press release, claiming that "Wayne County election officials allowed illegal, unlawful, and fraudulent processing of votes cast in last Tuesday's election." Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden defeated President Donald Trump in Michigan, winning by 146,119 votes.

The lawsuit seeks to void the results of the election in Wayne County and calls for a do-over.
Witnesses filing sworn affidavits under oath allege that Wayne County elections officials encouraged fraud, including changing legal names and dates on ballots, ballot-harvesting, voter intimidation, and preventing poll watchers from challenging irregularities in the vote-counting process.

"This type of widespread fraud in the counting and processing of voter ballots cannot be allowed to stand. Michigan citizens are entitled to know that their elections are conducted in a fair and legal manner and that every legal vote is properly counted," said David A. Kallman, an attorney with the Great Lakes Justice Center.

"Such rampant fraud cannot be undone. We ask the Court to enjoin the certification of this fraudulent election, void the election, and order a new vote in Wayne County."

The plaintiffs allege the following illegal activities:

Ballots were counted even though the voter's name did not appear in the official voter rolls.
Election workers were ordered not to verify voters' signatures on absentee ballots, to backdate absentee ballots, and to process such ballots regardless of their validity.
Election workers processed ballots that appeared after the election deadline and falsely reported that those ballots had been received prior to November 3, 2020, deadline.
Defendants used false information to process ballots, such as using incorrect or false birthdays. Many times, the election workers inserted new names into the Qualified Voter File and recorded these new voters as having a birthdate of 1/1/1900.
Defendants coached voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat party. Election workers would go to the voting booths with voters to watch them vote and coach them for whom to vote.
Unsecured ballots arrived at the TCF Center loading garage, not in sealed ballot boxes, without any chain of custody, and without envelopes.
Defendants refused to record challenges to their processes and removed challengers from the site if they politely voiced a challenge.
Michigan radio host Steve Gruber first reported the lawsuit, which includes a sworn affidavit from Jessy Jacob, a longtime employee of the city of Detroit.

In her affidavit, Jacob says that she was assigned to work in the Elections Department for the 2020 election. In September, she worked at the election headquarters processing absentee ballot packages. Her work on the election continued through November 4, when Jacob says she was told to leave the TCF Center in Detroit, where ballots were being counted, because she raised too many questions about what was happening around her.

Beginning in September, Jacob claims that she and 70-80 other poll workers were instructed by their supervisors to alter the mailing date of absentee ballot packages to be dated earlier than they were actually sent. Additionally, she says she was told to instruct voters to cast their ballots for Democrats and Joe Biden, even accompanying them into the voting booth to do so. In October, after being transferred to a satellite location where she processed voter registrations and issued absentee ballots for people to vote in person, Jacob claims she was told not to ask for a driver's license or any photo ID when a person was trying to vote, in violation of Michigan voter ID laws.

Jacob claims she witnessed "a large number of people" who came to the satellite location to vote in person after they had already applied for an absentee ballot. She says these individuals were allowed to vote in person but were not required to return their mailed absentee ballot or sign an affidavit that the voter lost the mailed absentee ballot.

Zachary Larsen, a former Michigan Assistant Attorney General and Republican poll watcher, was the second witness to file a sworn affidavit alleging fraudulent activity in Wayne County. Larsen alleges that Michigan's Qualified Voter File (QVF), an electronic system that keeps track of legal voters, was fraudulently used to assign ballots from unknown individuals to eligible voters in the system who did not cast votes. He claims "this appeared to be the case for the majority of the voters whose ballots I had personally observed being scanned."

The lawsuit filed in Wayne County seeks a temporary injunction order to block the certification of the election results and also seeks a protective order to preserve evidence stored on computers and in documents.

    My Thoughts:

I just wonder how many other voting areas in these contested states are conducting the very same voter fraud that’s going on, and why it needs to be recognized and everyone involved be held accountable and criminal charges issued.

In 353 U.S. Counties, 1.8 Million More Voters Registered Than Eligible Citizens

On Monday, a report was issued indicating that among 353 U.S. counties, 1.8 million more voters might have been registered than eligible voting-age citizens.

Judicial Watch (JW) revealed the results of their 2020 study showing that the total in the counties of registration rates surpassed 100% of eligible voters. The eight states where state-wide registration rates exceeded 100% included Alaska, Colorado, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

“The September 2020 study collected the most recent registration data posted online by the states themselves. This data was then compared to the Census Bureau’s most recent five-year population estimates, gathered by the American Community Survey (ACS) from 2014 through 2018. ACS surveys are sent to 3.5 million addresses each month, and its five-year estimates are considered to be the most reliable estimates outside of the decennial census,” Judicial Watch explained.

Judicial Watch pointed out that certain states might have excluded “inactive voters” from their data. Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton concluded, “The new study shows 1.8 million excess, or ‘ghost’ voters in 353 counties across 29 states. The data highlights the recklessness of mailing blindly ballots and ballot applications to voter registration lists. Dirty voting rolls can mean dirty elections.”

In June 2019, Los Angeles County issued notices to as many as 1.5 million inactive voters after JW had reached a settlement agreement with the county. That agreement stated:

All registrations that come to be placed on Los Angeles County’s inactive file of registered voters in the future that are associated with registrants who do not respond to a Section 8(d)(2) Notice shall be cancelled within 90 days following the second of the next two general federal elections occurring after the registration is placed on that list, unless, prior to that time, the registrant votes, appears to vote, or corrects their voter record or Defendants are otherwise able to confirm the registrant’s eligibility to vote.

Judicial Watch noted that Los Angeles County had over 10 million residents, more than the populations of 41 of the 50 United States, and Los Angeles County had permitted over 20% of its registered voters to become inactive without removing them from the voter list. JW stated, “Judicial Watch discovered that California had treated the removal of inactive voters as permissive, not mandatory, and had not cleaned its voter registration rolls in at least 20 years.”

Fitton said at the time, “This Judicial Watch settlement will result in the immediate and ongoing clean-up of voter rolls in California and LA County. This victory for clean elections in California will set another national precedent for other states to take reasonable steps to ensure that dead and other ineligible voters are removed from the rolls.”

“In 2018, the Supreme Court upheld a voter-roll cleanup program that resulted from a Judicial Watch settlement of a federal lawsuit with Ohio. … Kentucky also began a cleanup of hundreds of thousands of old registrations last year after it entered into a consent decree to end another Judicial Watch lawsuit. In September 2020, Judicial Watch sued Illinois for refusing to disclose voter roll data in violation of Federal law,” Judicial Watch noted.

    My Thoughts:

Just another reason that the voter registration rolls needs to be cleaned up, nationwide to ensure that any amount of voting fraud can’t happen, which we are seeing happen right now, to the benefit to the Democratic Party.

‘Slap in the face’: Media outlets call race for Biden before counting military votes in key states

Several mainstream media news outlets on Saturday declared Joe Biden the winner of the 2020 presidential election. Yet, things are far from over.

As the Washington Examiner reports, thousands of military ballots have yet to be counted in a number of battleground states, including Georgia.

    MSM disenfranchises service members
Georgia is among those states that accept military ballots after Election Day. It is nothing new. North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Nevada are also on that list.

The fact is that all of these states are hotly contested, and the military ballots could make a difference. In Georgia, for example, Biden is only up by .2 percentage points, and it has a large number of military men and women who tend to vote Republican.

This being the case, it would appear that the prudent thing to do would be to hold off calling the election until these votes are counted. Some responsible news outlets, like Newsmax, are doing just that.

A number of the mainstream media outlets, however, including Fox News, have already declared Biden president. What kind of message does that send to Americans about the importance of voting? What kind of message does that send to the men and women of the military?

    “A slap in the face”
For its report, the Examiner spoke with some military members from Georgia who described how they felt about the situation.

“You fight for your country, and your country can’t wait a couple of days to count your vote? That’s a slap in the face,” said Timothy Boxer from Augusta, Georgia.

“It looks really bad and tells them they don’t matter which no one in this state thinks,” added Madison Griggs, who is also from Augusta.

    It’s irresponsible
Here we are just talking about the fact that there are still thousands of votes that need to be counted in a number of close states. That’s already a good enough reason not to call the election.

But, let’s also not forget that President Donald Trump and his campaign are challenging election results in many of these key states, and these legal challenges could drastically change what has been projected by these mainstream media outlets.

The bottom line, as Newsmaxput it, is that “the media should not make the determination of the winner under these circumstances.”

    Read More: https://conservativeinstitute.org/conservative-news/media-biden-military-votes.htm

    My Thoughts:

I agree with Newsmax, that “the media should not make the determination of the winner under these circumstances.”, because by not counting these military votes, they give the wrong impression to the American public, which I feel they do on purpose.

Lindsey Graham says 25,000 ballots possibly harvested from nursing homes in Pennsylvania

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said Monday that he had information about 25,000 ballots being harvested in Pennsylvania from nursing home residents, as President Donald Trump seeks to demonstrate that voter fraud caused that state to have a 45,000-vote lead for Joe Biden with ballot counting nearly completed.

“I’ve got more information. We’re now finding potentially that 25,000 nursing home residents in different nursing homes requested mail-in ballots at the exact same time,” Fraham told Fox News.

“You can’t ballot harvest in Pennsylvania,” Graham added. “What are the odds that 25,000 people in different locations of the same age group requested at the same time a ballot? Somebody is up to no good in these nursing homes.”

No concrete evidence of fraud was given as part of the allegation so far.

“We don’t need permission” to investigate
Graham has said since the election that fraudulent voting may have robbed Trump of several states and that he supported investigating all instances of voter fraud before Trump would concede the election.

“We don’t need their permission to look into these allegations. We owe it to those who voted for President Trump and the country at large to test this system. If we don’t deal with voting by mail in 2020, we will never win the White House again,” he said.

Over 71 million voters supported Trump in 2020, with Biden getting around 75 million votes so far. 70% of Republican voters said in a post-election poll that they didn’t think the election was fair.

Hundreds of complaints about voter fraud have been circulating around the country, and at least 131 people have signed sworn affadavits about their experiences at the polls.

Complaints range from not verifying information on ballots like signatures or addresses to Republican poll watchers being kept out of polling places or too far away to see ballots.

    Are complaints provable?
It is unclear whether many of the complaints are provable in court or whether the total number of ballots being contested can overturn Biden leads in enough states to give Trump 270 or more electoral votes. Democrat claims of “no evidence” are false, however, since the affadavits are considered evidence.

Attorney General William Barr said in a Sunday memo that “substantial” voter fraud should be investigated if its existence would threaten the result of the election.

    My thoughts:

As we’ve read and seen, there are more and more instances of voting fraud, going on all over the country.

Detroit Poll Watcher Logged "Tens of Thousands" of Biden-Only Ballots Delivered in Weird Way

As we continue the investigation into possible voter fraud, one lead has popped up in Detroit.

On Monday evening, GOP spokeswoman Elizabeth Harrington tweeted out the log of a poll watcher in Detroit, Michigan, who noticed some suspicious activity going on at the location where ballots were being counted. According to the poll watcher, a number of things seemed awfully irregular.

For one, an entire load of ballots came in at around 4:30 a.m. on November 4. According to the poll watcher, the shift was ending around that time but one of the men in charge of counting ballots announced over the microphone that an entire load had just come in. The poll watcher was told that the vehicles these ballots were delivered in had out-of-state plates.

The poll watcher logged that the ballots were brought in and placed on eight, long tables, but noted that the way they were brought in was irregular. The boxes were carried in from the rear of the room, which wasn’t typical at all. Also, somewhat irregular, is that every single vote was for Joe Biden.

Many are calling this “hearsay” and at any other time, it would be; however, if this is a sworn affidavit from the poll watcher in question, then it is evidence.

This requires some measure of investigation to fish out, and some questions do remain to be answered. For instance, why was this delivered from the back room when it’s typically not delivered from that area? Why were the vehicles who delivered the ballots from out-of-state? How many of these Biden-only votes are actually legal?

There’s a lot of suspicious activity happening here and with some investigation, we can get to the bottom of things. Perhaps there’s a simple explanation for all of it, and perhaps there’s not. Either way, it would benefit the American people for the questions to be answered, because it would make sure that an election stays honest.

No matter who wins, the importance of a free and fair election can’t be overstated.

    Read More: https://redstate.com/brandon_morse/2020/11/10/report-detroit-poll-watcher-logged-suspiciously-delivered-biden-only-votes-in-the-tens-of-thousands-n277756?utm_source=rsafternoonbriefing&utm_medium= email&utm_campaign=nl&bcid=4dc593237aac3017f67b9aa be9ef7a10

    My Thoughts:

When a person signs an official document proclaiming something illegal has been done, he’s doing that with the legal proceedings that if he lied, he could be taken to court and possible get jail time. So it’s hard to believe that this person would lie, with that circumstance over his head.
And from what I seen, President Trump’s lawyers and legal team has hundreds of sworn documents proclaiming massive voting fraud that has happened.

Joe Biden’s (D) lead in Arizona continues to shrink, dipping below 13,000 following Maricopa County’s latest drop.

The former vice president’s lead in Arizona dropped to 12,813 Tuesday evening after Maricopa County’s latest report.

According to Data Orbital, the county’s latest report included 5,291 votes, with 56.4 percent going to Trump and 41.8 percent going to Biden. Pinal County also posted additional results on Tuesday, showing Trump taking 63.3 percent of the 910 ballots counted:

Roughly 46,700 ballots remain outstanding in the Grand Canyon state, 22,400 of which come from Maricopa County.

According to the Arizona Republic, Trump would need to take 64 percent of the remaining votes in order to take Biden’s lead and the state’s 11 electoral votes. Trump fell short of that percentage in the latest drops but has reduced the former vice president’s lead by over 4,100 votes in the last three days alone.

On Monday, Arizona Senate President Karen Fann (R) called for an “independent analysis” in response to the mounting suspicions of voting irregularities and fraud.

“Assuming the allegations of fraud are without merit, an independent analysis would help to restore credibility and hopefully end the current controversy over fairness in the election process in Arizona,” she wrote in a letter to Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (D).

“If there’s no factual basis on any of these things, then absolutely, let’s put that to rest and show them that’s not true,” she said on Wednesday. “If there’s something there that needs to be fixed, let’s fix it.”

However, Hobbs told Fann that her request would simply amplify the voices of “those seeking to undermine our democratic process for political gain.”

The Trump Campaign Has Released 234 Pages of Affidavits Regarding Alleged Voting Regularities in Michigan. Here’s What They Say.

In recent days, the Trump campaign has touted a number of affidavits collected from poll workers in Michigan that they say proves the existence of widespread irregularities in the Michigan vote counting process, and which they plan to attach as an exhibit to an expected lawsuit that will challenge the certification of the vote in Michigan.

The campaign released those affidavits Tuesday to some members of the media. The full .pdf file of exhibits can be read here.

By my count, the 234 pages contain affidavits from 101 individuals. The majority of them appear to be handwritten impressions of the counting process.

Here, by my count, is a complete list of actual allegations that raise the potential of voter fraud from these affidavits:

Alexandra Seely claimed that she challenged 10 votes at a given table and that those challenges were not recorded. She claims that poll workers would not take out the “log” to record her challenges.

Articia Bomer claimed that “At approximately 4:50am I witnessed a man spraying a chemical on a ballot counting machine. He then placed twenty-seven ballots into the machine and I noticed tape on the top of the ballot where a ballot number would normally be. Throughout the night I witnessed him insert these same 27 ballots at least five times.” Note that this could have been repeated attempts to get the machine to scan ballots that would not scan rather than the same 27 ballots actually being counted five times.

Betty Tyson claimed that she saw poll workers reviewing rejected ballots and curing where an erroneous or defective mark had made the ballot unreadable by the machine. She claims that some of the workers “added votes where there was no X or [check mark],” but does not specify how many.

Multiple affidavits raised as their sole complaint that they witnessed ballot duplication (transfer of correct voter data from a damaged or defective ballot to another one that can be read by a machine) being done and that there was not a GOP observer present for that process. It is unclear whether Michigan law requires this, but it seems certain that best practices would have been to avoid such a scenario. The number of ballots that are damaged in machines is, by all accounts, very small. Note: This claim was raised in a lawsuit filed last week, and the city denied the claim at that time. TheBlaze has reached out to Wayne County officials for further comment on the contents of these affidavits.

A number of the affidavits claim that GOP poll workers were not permitted to access records that were necessary to properly challenge some ballots.

Cythnia Brunell claimed that, at the table she observed, she believed 11 ballots would have been rejected due to irregularities she believed had occurred, but only four were. The other seven were scanned through the counting machine. It is unknown what the ultimate disposition of those votes was.

David Piontek claims that he saw an unnamed poll worker scan six ballots from the “problem ballot” file and that the computer declared them an “unlisted person.” According to Piontek, the worker manually entered the ballots into the system and assign each voter a fictitious birthdate of 1/1/1900. A Jeffrey A. Gorman also stated this issue in his affidavit. The fictitious birthdate issue has been explained ad nauseam, but these allegations do raise at least the possibility that non-registered voters had their votes counted. This accusation was also noted in several other affidavits. Best estimate is that approximately 100 of these ballots were identified throughout the course of the affidavits.

Jacqueline Zaplitny alleges that, “I was told to observe the computers that were identifying ballots that showed ‘error’. I was told [to] view the people that were ‘determining the intent of the voter.’ There were multiple ballots that were ‘corrected’ on ballots that should have been overvoted and not counted.” Without seeing the ballots in question, it is difficult to determine the validity of this claim.

Michael Cassin, who identified himself as an independent poll watcher, said that he made six challenges to ballots that were not recorded in the log. A handful of other affiants raised similar contentions, although some of their challenges are, just by the way they are described, things that could not be challenged (e.g., one worker described trying to challenge a poll worker taking a pile of ballots off a table and moving it somewhere else).

Patricia Rose alleged that she witnessed a poll worker attempt to run a batch of 50 ballots through a machine four times due to the machine jamming. According to her affidavit, “The ballot stack she was feeding in kept getting jammed. Rather than stop and go seek the assistance of a supervisor or technical support person, she removed the remaining ballots in the in-feed tray, and kept taking the scanned ballots off the top feed and adding them back to the stack, reinserting the whole stack again, and scanning them in again.” The affiant was able to identify a number of batches where this happened, but was unable to say whether those votes had actually been counted multiple times, or whether the machine had been reset in-between each batch. This allegation was repeated regarding a different batch by Glen Sitek.

Multiple affiants claimed that signature verification was not being done, or that they did not see it being done, on absentee ballots.

Whitney Meyers claimed that, “On the street in front of the Department I witnessed workers with ‘Detroit Elections’ aprons on collecting ballots from cars. I witnessed multiple drivers in cars drop off multiple ballots, including more ballots than people in the car.” Meyers did not explain how she arrived at this conclusion or whether she brought it to anyone’s attention at the time. She also indicated that she saw a worker accept at least one ballot after the polls closed at 8pm. She also alleged that an unnamed individual placed “ballots” (did not specify or estimate how many) into one of the ballot drop boxes after 8pm and before the box could be locked.

William Henderson alleged that eight ballots went missing from a given batch that he identified, but he does admit that it’s possible they were located elsewhere and counted appropriately there.

Brett Kinney claims that he successfully challenged a group of ballots, which were initially set aside as being problem ballots but were subsequently processed. It is not clear whether this was done because these challenges were ultimately rejected, or for some other reason.

Anita Chase claims that she checked the voter records and discovered that her deceased son, identified as Mark D. Chase, voted twice since he passed away, including in the 2020 election.

I cannot overstate how important these Trump Campaign lawsuits are to uncovering fraud -- systemic fraud in many of these Democrat-machine and controlled cities and states, where the courts are just as corrupt.

This is a truly important process that is uncovering decades and decades of fraudulent processes and especially changes in security voting measures in the last few months leading up to the November 3 general election.

And the more the Democrat-Party media, the Democrat operatives, and Biden and his mouthpieces squawk, you know the more important this entire effort is.

This is a huge undertaking, it is only day 8, and that's a full month less than Gore took in 2000 to litigate his bogus cases, which was supported by the media and the Democrats.

There's a great deal of evidence of individual cases of fraud, systemic fraud efforts, and unconstitutional actions by Democrat officials, both elected and appointed (including the PA supreme court).
