  3. I'm not one to be obsessed with this one issue but when you look at the collective effort to make all aspects of his early life a secret, I have to admit it's disturbing. The media was a major factor in the election and there was very little investigation into his early life. Who knows what a Community Organizer does?

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm being fitted for my tin foil hat.

No one can accurately list most of Obama's so-called history. Almost every aspect of his life is cloaked in mystery and sealed files. And his Hawaii birth record is NOT and never has been an actual birth certificate. If you examine any other Hawaiian BC, you will see that it doesn't match Obama's.

Here are some facts which anyone can check out:

The Certification of Live Birth Obama had put on the Internet was put on a laser printer before laser printers were available. It has been denounced as a forgery by competent authorities from Hawaii's Department of Home Lands. Such a document would not be acceptable to obtain a driver's license in most states in America simply because it is not a birth certificate. On the COLB, Obama's mother is listed as Caucasian, while his father's is listed as African. The term used would have been Negro for anyone else.

Barack Obama's paternal grandmother, Sarah Hussein Obama, claims he was born in Kenya, that she was present for the birth, and the Kenyan ambassador to the U.S, Peter Ogego, affirmed in a radio interview in November 2008 that Obama was born in Kenya and that his birthplace there is well-known.

And there are many more "obvious" facts that can be found without much work. And explain why Obama has expended hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees to seal ALL records, birth, academic and his passport file, which would prove his eligibility to hold the office of president? Why would Obama pay this enormous legal bill if there is nothing to hide and his records are all genuine?

This issue can be settled very easily. Why hasn't it? The records being requested have NOT been produced, period. A lot of other crap has been presented, but the real records have still not been shown.

Now, let me ask a couple of real questions: IF Obama is not qualified to be the POTUS, is that a problem? Should an imposter be in the White House? And if he is an imposter, why was he put there, and by whom?

The type of craziness being displayed about this issue is doing the Republicans and conservatives a lot of harm. Here is an OP-ED from LeonardPitts Jr. The Miami Herald.

Pitts: The birth and death of a movement

Pitts: The birth and death of a movement

Leonard Pitts Jr., THE MIAMI HERALD
    Monday, August 03, 2009

My daughter was born in Los Angeles County on Sept. 4, 1990. I know
this because I was there. Should that not be proof enough, I also have
    her birth certificate.
We requested it years ago and received a document that looks nothing
like the ones I have for my folks, with names and parentage typed in tiny
By contrast, this was a computer-generated abstract with my daughter's
data neatly printed on it. We asked why we couldn't get a "real" birth
certificate and were told this one "is" real; this is how they do it now.
Indeed, the inscription on the certificate proclaims: "This certified
document is a true abstract of the official record filed with the Registrar-
We used that document to get my daughter's Social Security card, so I
figure a "true abstract" is good enough for the federal government. But
evidently, it's not good enough for Stefan Cook, Orly Taitz, Rush
Limbaugh, Philip Berg and Lou Dobbs.
Barack Obama, you see, has a birth certificate much like my daughter's,
documenting his birth in Hawaii on Aug. 4, 1961. He's made it available
online, just a Google search away.
But that didn't satisfy Cook, a U.S. Army reservist who refused to deploy
to Afghanistan because, he recently explained, his commander in chief is
not qualified to be his commander in chief. Or Taitz, the Russian-born
lawyer who represents him. Or Limbaugh, the radio loudmouth who tells
his listeners the president has no birth certificate. Or Berg, who has
made a career out of suing the president over this "issue." Or Dobbs
who, while professing his belief that Obama was born in this country, has
kept up a drumbeat demanding that he prove it.
As if he had not already. The "birthers" movement people who claim
Obama cannot be president because he isn't a citizen has proved
hardier than cockroaches in its ability to survive the passage of time and
repeated collisions with reality. It is, if anything, more visible now than at
any time in the year or so since first it surfaced. It even includes a
    handful of GOP lawmakers.
Yours truly lacks the acumen to calculate how stupid you'd have to be to
believe there is a shred of a shred of a piece of a fraction of validity to
their claim. With the untold fortune Hillary Clinton, John McCain and
others spent researching Obama, we're supposed to believe it took Taitz
to dig out this bombshell? And what of the birth announcements in two
Honolulu newspapers, heralding Obama's arrival? Did he send
somebody back to '61 in a time machine to plant them?
    And yet, believed.
Last month, GOP Rep. Mike Castle of Delaware was booed and shouted
down at a town hall meeting because he dared vouch that the president
    is a citizen.
If I were of that endangered species, the thoughtful conservative, then I
would find that incident deeply troubling.
And I'll save you the trouble: No, the left is not free of lunacy.
Somewhere out there, somebody still thinks George W. Bush had the
Pentagon bombed on Sept. 11. But the Democrats usually keep their
loons off to the side where they are pandered to, yes, but not allowed to
    run the show.
For Republicans, though, lunacy has "become" the show, a circus of
extremism that now defines them. In it, Obama is an undocumented
worker, Sonia Sotomayor is a Klanswoman, Saddam Hussein greenlighted
the Sept. 11 attacks, and no one dares dissent for fear of the
    great and powerful Rush.
For a generation, the GOP has tolerated and encouraged this
estrangement from reality because it played well at the ballot box. Rep.
Castle's experience suggests the cost may now outstrip the benefits.
Because the cost is the specter of a party rendered ridiculous and
You have to ask yourself: How far from reality can you wander before
you can't find your way home again? If conservatives aren't careful, they
    may soon find out.

This kind of behavior by conservatives is costing the Republicans votes.
I'm sure "liberals" and Democrats hope they continue.
Republican Party has been taken over by the Four Horsemen of Calumny,
    Fear, Ignorance, Bigotry and Smear.

WELL... if Lenny Pitts Jr from the Miami Herald says Americans are foolish for being concerned about the trustworthiness of the President... man, I guess we should all definitely stop talking about it then!!

In other news, there is a growing distrust of Obama and the liberal-democrat push towards socialism...
YouTube - Crowd Explodes When Arlen Specter Urges That We "Do This Fast"YouTube - TIM BISHOP PROTEST, SETAUKET, NY (part one)

Take a moment and watch these two videos... I think you'll find that the folks doing harm to their cause are people like Specter, Bishop and Obama! What Lenny and his pals hope is that the American people can be bullied into silence out of fear of being called loons, whackos and fools! What Lenny fails to realize is that WE THE PEOPLE are much more fearful of the damage being done to our country right now by the fools in Washington who think they don't have to answer to US. They are our representatives! Obama as our President does our bidding! He is there to serve WE THE PEOPLE! And, if WE THE PEOPLE would like to see his long form birth certificate (which any natural born citizen of the United States can obtain with great ease), Obama needs to humor the request by presenting a copy of that document. Not a difficult request. But, the longer he refuses, the more it causes doubt in the minds of more and more Americans as to whether he can be trusted or not.

Despite what Lenny said in his Op-Ed., I think there probably are some conservative thinkers who hope Obama continues to treat Americans with disdain. The more he demonstrates who he really is... the less America is going to like him. Opinion polling data demonstrates Obama is losing ground fast, and much sooner in his first term than prior Presidential Administrations had by this time in their second terms!

I think WE THE PEOPLE need to keep speaking up. WE need to continue to put pressure on our representatives in Washington and demand they do the WILL OF THE PEOPLE! And if they continue to treat us like we are whackos and loons... we need to fire their sorry asses and put NEW representatives in Washington who will listen to US.

What Obama and my wife have in common

What Obama and my wife have in common
    Posted: August 03, 2009
    1:00 am Eastern

    Dear Mr. President:

First, happy birthday. I do hope Aug. 4 is an enjoyable day for you and your family. Coincidentally, I also will be celebrating this week the birth of someone dear to me, my beloved wife, Gena, whose birthday is on Aug. 9.

Speaking of birthdays, I couldn't help but hear and read all over the news last week about the fresh attention to your constitutional eligibility and natural born citizen status. I can hardly believe that individuals are now offering bounty one for $100,000 for any personal witness or sufficient evidence to your American birth.

For nearly two years, this debate continues to grow despite all your administration's attempts to diffuse it. And those who are raising concerns aren't just those on the right, but moderate law-abiding citizens like a retired CIA officer who commissioned an investigator to look into the issue.

Still, your press secretary, Robert Gibbs, continues to glibly brush aside the issue by calling it "fictional nonsense." But, in so doing, he devalues the grievance passage of the First Amendment and insults those who are genuinely concerned and inquisitive by categorizing them all as political quacks. He needs to learn that you can't model tolerance for certain minorities while belittling and quarantining those who don't blindly follow your lead.

Believe it or not, I'm not writing you to challenge whether you were born in America, though I see nothing wrong with the American public voicing that constitutionally based grievance with someone in your esteemed position. As one blogger wrote, after all, "We aren't talking about a 12-year-old qualifying to play Little League here." Or as Ronald Reagan once said, "Trust but verify."

Personally, I must admit that I find it a bit of a groundless stretch not to believe in the birth announcements in two major Hawaiian newspapers in August of 1961, in which the Hawaiian Health Department would have been required to post information they received directly from hospitals: "Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama, 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy., son, Aug. 4." Nevertheless, that proof still doesn't answer why you refuse to reveal your original birth certificate and end the growing tides of controversy.

I'm writing you because this is no longer a matter merely about proving a presidential prerequisite in the Constitution. Refusing to post a copy of your original birth certificate is an unwise political and leadership decision that is enabling the birther controversy. The nation you are called to lead is experiencing a growing swell of conspirators who are convinced that you are covering up something. So why not just prove them wrong and shut them up?

If the birther movement is truly full of a bunch of conspiracy-fringed kooks or "zombies," as the Los Angeles Times proclaims, then prove once and for all that you are a naturally born citizen by posting your original birth certificate. And all the controversy will fade away like the pains of childbirth.

I agree with CNN's Lou Dobbs, who was chastised by his own media outlet for demanding the release of your original birth certificate. So why is that such a bad request? We certainly know why CNN/U.S. President Jon Klein thought it was a bad idea: because he previously declared that CNN researchers determined that Obama's 1961 birth certificate no longer existed.

But Hawaii's officials confirmed again last week that they indeed have your original birth certificate on file. Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaiian State Department of Health
, repeated her October 2008 statement that she had personally seen with her own eyes the "original vital records."

Some claim that even you cannot see or request your own personal birth certificate, because Hawaii's disclosure law (Hawai'i Revised Statutes 338-18) states that "it shall be unlawful for any person to permit inspection of, or to disclose information contained in vital statistics records, or to copy or issue a copy of all or part on any such record ... "

But the law further states that the Health Department "shall not permit inspection of public health statistics records, or issue a certified copy of any such record or part thereof, unless it is satisfied that the applicant has a direct and tangible interest in the record." (Italics mine)

Isn't categorically satisfying constitutional requirements for a president, or answering the First Amendment grievances of hundreds of thousands of Americans, or ending a national debate or healing a country's divisions enough "direct and tangible interest"?

Mr. President, as more and more people realize that you are refusing to release your original birth certificate, further questions will fuel the fires of debate or at least hinder the embers from ever being snuffed out. Questions like, "Does it really contain the Hawaiian physician's name?" Or "Does it disclose something other than his birth place that he wishes others not to see?"

In fact, last week copies of the 1961 birth certificates from twin girls, who were born a day after you in the same Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital, give examples of those typical of the time. They include much more information than certificates today, like the baby's parents
' ages, occupations, birthplaces, race, etc., as well as specifics of the medical personnel presiding over the baby's birth and the hospital in which he or she was born.

Of course not every U.S. citizen has access to their original birth certificate, but you do, and that's the only one under debate. As valuable as copies can be, textual critics know that nothing outweighs an original, especially when only it contains the information under question.

So again I ask, why don't you simply request, release and give permission to make public your original birth certificate?

Mr. President, you promised the American people that you are "committed to creating an unprecedented level of openness in Government." In fact, on July 23 in your prime time press conference, you said that your administration was more transparent than those of previous presidencies: "I think that we have provided much greater transparency than existed prior to our administration coming in."

So again I ask, why not live out that transparency promise by posting your original birth certificate and end the division and debate?

Well, I have a birthday to plan, so I better get going.

    Again, happy birthday Mr. President.

    Yours truly,

    Chuck Norris

Someone posted the list of the next 15 or so people in line for the Presidency if something should happen to BHO. In looking over that list I say shut up about the birth certificate. The list gets worse as you go down it and I would rather have what we have now than anyone on the list.
