The Constitution also doesn't specifically say that RKBA can't be used by criminals to take advantage of prospective victims. It also doesn't say that people can't yell fire in a crowded theater, but indeed those are things you can be arrested for. Common sense should tell anyone that while the constitution does spell out our rights, those rights should be exercised repsonsibly, and not abused. Whoever posted this poll was abusing their free speech rights and should at least be investigated.

Identify where Socially Responsible is enumerated in the Constitution...

The Usurper in Chief & Company and his sheeple would have us believe that simply making a statement or asking the opinion of others is anti-social and hate mongering...

Disagree with the the President (Usurper) and you are a racist, T.E.A. Bagging Redneck, Bigot, et.al. ...

What is Socially Responsible and a positive about that?

More like perverted, anti-social hate mongering by those attempting to silence anybody that has a different opinion then they do...

Are you suggesting I know nothing about the Constitution? Furthermore, I'm not rejecting anything. I'm simply explaining that while the Constitution spells out our rights, it doesn't mean that it is okay to be irresponsible or reckless in exercising them, something the Facebook poster was clearly doing.
