Well said JJ. I have faith in the people of this country to make the right choices. It's sad that the majority made such a lame choice with Obama. After 4 years of his empty leadership I can only hope those that got him into office will be smart enough to vote him out.

GETSU1 - What is the right choice?

    - Vote for the same Party that under Bush was a tax, spend, elite protectionist who took away our freedom for our protection - "He who sacrifices freedom for security deserves neither" Benjamin Franklin

    - Vote to re-elect the democratic socialist party who wants to take care of everyone at the expense of the doers? "I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them. " Thomas Jefferson

    - Vote for a third party which could divert votes?

The first thing we need to focus on in my view is what is immediately in front of us...

What too many people do not realize is: Next year (2010) we have the opportunity to Fire the Entire U.S. House of Representatives (435 Members of Congress & Speaker Pelosi)!
Moreover, at least 37 U.S. Senators, 36 Governors, and thousands of State Legislators, City Mayors, and Local Officials...

I do not give a flying crap what anybody thinks about W. Bush, the Guy was exponentially better than Jimmy "The Wimp", "Amnesty Loving" Carter, Slick-Willie Clinton and our current Usurper-In-Chief Obama...
Taxes were less under W. Bush then any of the 3 Democrap's itemized herein...
Not withstanding that we had over 6 good years under W. Bush until the Democrap's took control of Congress in 2006...
The Patriot Act was well-intended, and was not W. Bush's idea and he personally was not the one whom abused it... get over it...
Yes in my view the Patriot Act must go period...
    W. Bush did his primary job admirably; he kept us safe...
Was he perfect; hell no!, did I agree with all of his policies, no again...
Be that as it may; he is not the fricking President any longer and any continued Hate W. Bush syndrome has got to fricking go!
It diverts focus from what is in front of us here and now...

    Obama & Company...

The 2010 Elections are where we can knee-cap and stop Obama & Company in their tracks...

We can not do it by dwelling on hate W. Bush Syndrome...

Its a fair statement that in recent history, generally speaking a Republican or Democrat vote was a vote up or down on the continuous road to progressivism :-(
Not a vote for the left or right...

There are a few good ones left in Congress, not many but a few...

IT is up to us "WE THE PEOPLE" to effect the kind of CHANGE we want in Washington before it is too late... Whether that means Republicans, Democrats, Independents and or other 3rd Party; it may be early for a 3rd party president, but its not for a 3rd party Congress if needed...

Research, the Candidates personally, there is a saying that I think is apropos here... "Don't Believe Anything You Hear, And Only Half Of What You See"
Focus on "Just The Facts"... (not those from factcheck.org either)

I can tell you that not one Single Democrat U.S. Senator truly supports the Unabridged Second Amendment, and at least 8 Republicans... have repeatably proved that over and over again, just this year alone...
And I challenge anybody to prove me wrong on this specific issue...
Although, there are a couple good Dems in the house, not many but a couple...

Focus on the 2010 Elections, and the here and now...
Don't be fooled by Washington diverting attention from ObamaCare to their apparent War on Fox News that is leading the airwaves while Congress is in locked, closed door negations on ObamaCare that suddenly got real quiet...

I for one do not want to wake up tomorrow and see the leading headlines ObamaCare Passed! How Did This Happen?

  7. So, just out of curiosity, what is it that George Bush did that was so bad?

The wars? He was supported by congress almost unanimously. Every major intellegence agency in the world thought Sadam had WMDs
Patriot act, now that he's in office, Obama thinks we need to keep most of it intact.
economy? Bush pressed for reform that was completely ignored by congress and the media.

So, beyond being the most hated President in history, beyond the smear job done on him by the (lying leftist) media, what did he do that was so bad?

Unfortunately, "we all" don't make the decisions, the Rep's constituents do.
You really think, Peloski, after 20+ years in office that her Californian socialist district won't re-elect her?
California has been going bankrupt for years and they still don't understand socialism only works until you run out of other people's money. California's support of the 2A..GOA House Ratings for the 111th Congress

    I'm a South Carolinian.
However, not in the district to vote against the anti-2A Reps in my state.

Is Henry Brown a mistake? He was part of the tax and spend, self-enrichment congress.

If I vote for someone else, it'll split the Republican vote and a democrat will win.

Unfortunately Senator Lindsey "Traitor" Graham was just re-elected.

    Planning to vote for Demint.

Maybe we need to start a new Topic - What are you doing for 2010 to support 2A.
