    Thanks for the link. Learned a lot from the link. The TSA are doing a poor job of screening people for biological diseases when they board an airplane. The movie 12 monkeys comes to mind.

  10. There's a similar program for smartphones. Not as thorough as I see this one is (the earthquakes in CA weren't showing up on my phone). It's called Disaster Alerts.
