  4. I have recently purchased this product. It seems to be the Best product on the market. I guess I will find out when the order is filled.

Which carrier and plates did you decide on and why? Most people I know have the Banshee, some with and some without the side plates. I haven't seen anyone carrying the new Level III+ Lightweight plates yet.

Also, take a look at Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) plates, such as the Spartan Level III UHMWPE body armor w/ Condor Plate Carrier and the OFFICER SURVIVAL SOLUTIONS Level III body armor with Banshee Plate Carrier. At only 3 lbs. per plate, you save 10 lbs. in total over two 8 lbs. AR500 steel plates with the same level III rating.

I bought the steel level III, and the level IIIA kevlar plate. The quality seems very good on both.

  8. I purchased the steel Level III Curved armor about 6 months ago. The fit of the carrier is a little large other than that it's just fine.....
