This one aint so easy.
1. run in place for 3-5 minutes at your favorite nonsanctioned shooting spot.( get good and winded)
2. now shoulder and fire your rifle off-hand at a target at leat 75 meters away in less than 30 sec.
3. repeat step one
4. draw and fire two shots at 25M at a full size training target in less than 10 seconds
5. repeat until you get it right.
