Well, this explains a lot about your rant and the source of your disdain for the rights of your neighbors.

When I was a child I didn't beleive in gun control, but as I became a man, I put away my childish ways.
So, as a supposed vet you feel the Constitutional rights of a citizen is a "Childish" thing? You do remember the oath you took when you joined the Navy?

All of the 'issues' you're railing against are a matter of Constitutional and personal rights.

I am not opposed to firearms, in fact I am a gunsmith!
So tell us. With this attitude of yours towards the Constitution and gun control, do you get much business. And before you come back (if you do) with some sort of snide remarks, if you are so sure your stance does not affect your gunsmith business, how about providing irrefutable proof of who you are and what your business name is. Wanna bet how fast you're joining the lines of the unemployed?

I served in the Navy in Vietnam. I am opposed to people annoying, and endangering other people, like here in Texas. Clowns that shoot in woods or their backyard. If Texans didn't act irresponsible with firearms there would be no reason for this posting!
First, if in fact you did serve, I thank you for your service. But much like every single claim made on these threads, you can say anything and noting you say is provable.

What you come here to whine about sounds to me like something that should be settled at the local level. Man up and take on the issue. Or whine about it like a libtard and expect the government to come to your rescue.

How can you live on 40 acres and be shooting 50 feet from your neighbor? And if the houses are 50 feet apart, I would wager the home owner doesn't have that kind of acreage to start with.

Does anyone read the post I said try talking to the guy, other than that if he is in the county tough, how do you know they are "assault rifles" at night. Texas is a private property state and thank God.

  8. To all you who doubt me - 1) I am NOT against shooting guns on private property. 2) I live on 40 acres which touch my neighbor's 20 acres. He has his berm 50 feet from my property line which points directly to my barn 1000 feet away and to a gated community a mile away. 3) I know what he's shooting because he has videos online. They are shooting AR15's at night as well as a .50 cal. The huge rain storm recently washed away 25% of their berm. Does this berm seem safe to all of you? There are gated communities all around us but we live in an area of unrestricted acreage. We bought this so that we could shoot guns - but I would not point a .50 cal at my neighbor and expect a pile of dirt to stop the bullet!
