If those idiots were smart they would have said something about the gun versus the applicant. Something like "The Taurus Raging Bull .454 Casull is too powerful for personal defense in the city." or something like that. I now suspect that the city will be writing a pretty hefty paycheck to the lady, not to mention the beating they will take for illegally maintaining records that were supposed to be destroyed. :nono:
Not a dumb question but extremely difficult. You would have to find a state representative that would sponsor a bill doing so. It would then have to go through the drawn out law making process. If you have a grass roots organization they may be able to help.Dumb question maybe, how would one go about changing DE from a "may issue" to a "shall issue" for carried concealed?
