Obama’s Gun Ban List Is Out
Obama’s Gun Ban List Is Out

Here it is, folks, and it is bad news. The framework for legislation is always laid, and the Democrats have the votes to pass anything they want to impose upon us. They really do not believe you need anything more than a brick to defend your home and family. Look at the list and see how many you own. Remember, it is registration, then confiscation. It has happened in the UK, in Australia, in Europe, in China, and what they have found is that for some reason the criminals do not turn in their weapons, but will know that you did.

Remember, the first step in establishing a dictatorship is to disarm the citizens.

Gun-ban list proposed. Slipping below the radar (or under the short-term memory cap), the Democrats have already leaked a gun-ban list, even under the Bush administration when they knew full well it had no chance of passage (HR 1022, 110th Congress). It serves as a framework for the new list the Brady’s plan to introduce shortly. I have an outline of the Brady’s current plans and targets of opportunity. It’s horrific. They’re going after the courts, regulatory agencies, firearms dealers and statutes in an all out effort to restrict we the people. They’ve made little mention of criminals. Now more than ever, attention to the entire Bill of Rights is critical. Gun bans will impact our freedoms under search and seizure, due process, confiscated property, states’ rights, free speech, right to assemble and more, in addition to the Second Amendment. The Democrats current gun-ban-list proposal (final list will be worse):

Attorney General gets carte blanche to ban guns at will: Under the proposal, the U.S. Attorney General can add any “semiautomatic rifle or shotgun originally designed for military or law enforcement use, or a firearm based on the design of such a firearm, that is not particularly suitable for sporting purposes, as determined by the Attorney General.”

Note that Obama’s pick for this office, Eric Holder, wrote a brief in the Heller case supporting the position that you have no right to have a working firearm in your own home. In making this determination, the bill says, “there shall be a rebuttable presumption that a firearm procured for use by the United States military or any law enforcement agency is not particularly suitable for sporting purposes, and a shall not be determined to be particularly suitable for sporting purposes solely because the firearm is suitable for use in a sporting event.” In plain English this means that ANY firearm ever obtained by federal officers or the military is not suitable for the public.

The last part is particularly clever, stating that a firearm doesn’t have a sporting purpose just because it can be used for sporting purpose — is that devious or what? And of course, “sporting purpose” is a rights infringement with no constitutional or historical support whatsoever, invented by domestic enemies of the right to keep and bear arms to further their cause of disarming the innocent.

I was just bringing the list here. I see it's arrived.

If this goes through, which I doubt will happen soon since Pelosi backed right off when confronted about it by the media, it's going to cause a lot of confusion. We're going to have pre ban, then post ban, then post pre ban? How is this going to work? And if we built guns ourselves which aren't compliant, we have to have receipts for all the parts? This is getting nuts.

Who told this chupm citizens were supposed to have guns for "Sporting purposes?" They are to protect us from the likes of HIM!

He promised change, just not sure if it's Marxist, fascism or Nazi (National Socialism ).
I'm thinking Nazi state. He's getting rid of God and putting science first. GLobal warming is our new religion.

Any way it goes he needs to start with these "small" lists and then work up to all of them.

Here comes the change.

As much as we dislike their Nazi politics regarding firearms and their lack of consideration for the Bill Of Rights there is a positive side of this announced list.

The run of firearms and ammo at the gun stores will simply rise that much more due to this announcement leaking out. That is a good thing! The more firearms Americans own the more difficult confiscation becomes. Hopefully, the news of this list will hit the major news outlets.

I was visiting a gun store yesterday and there were several people purchansing guns who had never owned guns before. They mentioned that they were concerned that even though they had never owned a gun they liked the idea that the law allowed them to purchase one if they wanted. Now they were concerned that if they don't make the purchase now they will not be able to in the future.

There seem to be plenty of pro-gun people who don't actually own a firearm but just do not see the need to own one until that right is about to be lost. Perhaps this most extensive list will increase sales even more. That's the good part. We need as many legal guns in the hands of citizens as possible.

I applied for my CCL a few weeks ago, and the Sheriff said they have record amounts of applications since Nobama took office, and today I was in Cabelas, and it was like feeding time at the zoo! I bought 4 boxes of each 9mm, 45 target and 45 jhp. There was only 1 box of 357 left, people were on their cells calling friends to see if they needed any ammo while there were still boxes on the shelf...:fie:

To me the guy on the video is a Socialist Terrorist. Look at some of the other ideas on the video too. We just added another gun to our stock and every time we are at a store that happens to have ammo we add to the inventory. Hopefully some of the people who rode his coattails into office are starting to see his true COLORS and will realize what a radical kook he is. Just might let the car payment slide this month and go buy another gun or two while I still can.

lmao the term Assault Weapon is thrown around way too much. If people woke up they'd wonder WHY the government is trying to put limits on the 2nd Amendment.
