Ohio House Bill 45 will allow carrying of firearms in restaurants that serve alcohol and clarify law relating to transportation of firearms in vehicles. In particular it affects people with out of state permits, emergency orders, etc. The bill text is worth reading. HB 45 is up for a vote next week, so please contact your state reps.
