An alleged stalker wouldn’t leave, and the man staying in the motel room shot the intruder.
Last Saturday in San Antonio, a guy was killed after breaking into a couple’s motel room. The couple told him to leave, and when he didn’t, the man shot the alleged intruder in the head.
The press release said, “Fearing for his and his girlfriend’s safety the (boyfriend) fired several shots at the suspect, striking him in the head.”
The female occupant told police he “had been stalking her, and she had been trying to obtain a restraining and protective order against him.”
I guess she doesn’t need to worry about getting a restraining order any more. There was no information about whether the alleged stalker was an ex or just someone she knew.
They also didn’t provide any information on whether the intruder was armed and said the shooting was being investigated.
