Madison is a multi-venture founder, veteran, and firearms instructor who began her work in the industry through her company, The Red Letter Project, where she focused on helping beginner shooters, especially women, learn how to better protect themselves. She later founded Modular Target Systems after developing a prototype training system for her own needs, which later expand it into a full product line for competitive shooters.
