On the morning of December 28, 2022, a man in Ft. Wayne, Indiana called Police to report that he had shot someone trying to break into his home.
Upon arrival, police found a man with a gunshot wound at the entrance of the home. They provided aid before he was transported to a local hospital. His injuries were not life-threatening.
This incident is still under investigation and the defender is cooperating with the authorities.
