A man was shot and killed in a Phoenix, AZ neighborhood following an argument on December 2, 2022.
Although the case remains under investigation, it seems that the shooter, who was “working in the area” was confronted by a man who started an argument with him and then pulled a gun on him. The shooter pulled his own gun and shot the man. The defender has not been arrested and investigators say he shot in self-defense.
The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office has not yet decided if charges are to be filed.
