New for 2017 from Taurus is the Spectrum .380 Auto pistol. We dropped by the Taurus booth and saw a myriad of color options for this little micro pistol. Ideally sized for concealed carry, the color options are sure to please. Taurus is currently planning to release the frame in several different in-house colors with the ability to order a custom color for just a small amount more and the slide is available in stainless or black stainless. First impressions are good overall. The finish is somewhat rubberized and easy to get a grip on. The grip itself is nicely stipples and nicely shaped. The Taurus staff tells us this pistol was designed, engineered and manufactured in the U.S.A. The grip is well designed and I found it to be very comfortable. Taurus In-house colors are planned to retail at $289, custom colors are planned to sell for $305.
