If you have been on social media today, then you probably already know that Springfield Armory released The Echelon, a new modular striker-fired handgun. I got my hands on one yesterday afternoon, so I haven’t had a chance to hit the range with it yet. But these are the three features that I like the most about the Echelon.

It might be the cat’s pajamas, but it seems like it’s just using the well established inner metal frame (Sig, Taurus, etc) and marrying that with a Glock. I’m underwhelmed.
