Springfield Armory, a trusted name in firearm production, has unveiled its newest innovation in the SAINT Victor line of AR-style rifles: the SAINT Victor 5.56mm with a Law Tactical Folder. The addition brings an unmatched blend of functionality and convenience to the company’s highly-regarded Victor series.
The novel aspect of this model is the Law Tactical folder, a top-tier folding stock adapter system expressly created for the AR family of firearms. This feature promotes compact transportation and storage of the 16″-barreled 5.56mm carbine. It enables the buttstock assembly to fold along the left side of the rifle’s Type III hardcoat-anodized 7075-T6 forged aluminum receivers, thereby yielding a 5.56mm carbine that is considerably easier to store and transport.
As a testament to Springfield Armory’s commitment to quality and performance, the SAINT Victor with Law Tactical Folder shares the same free float M-Lok handguard and professional-grade reliability as the rest of the Victor line. It also boasts an array of enhancements, including a superior nickel boron trigger, a Melonite-coated barrel, an enhanced Melonite-coated carrier group, and a pinned low-profile gas block. User control and performance are further enhanced by the B5 Systems Type 23 P-Grip pistol grip.
The SAINT Victor with Law Tactical Folder’s bolt carrier group is based on a heavy-duty M16-pattern bolt carrier and comes with a 9310 steel bolt that underwent high-pressure testing/magnetic particle inspection (HPT/MPI). Alongside these features, the rifle is outfitted with spring-loaded flip-up iron sights adjustable for windage and elevation. A specially designed SA Muzzle Brake tops the 1:8″ twist 16″ CMV steel barrel to reduce muzzle rise and soften perceived recoil.
