Alec Baldwin sat down with ABC News for an exclusive interview that will be airing tonight at 8 PM EST. One of the clips that have been released from the video shows. Alec stated that he didn’t pull the trigger and that he would never point a gun at someone and pull the trigger.
So he pointed the gun at someone but didn’t pull the trigger…and the gun just went off…with a live round in it? Sorry, but something doesn’t sound right here. I’m not an expert on all firearms but I have never seen a gun just “go off by itself.”
One that comes to mind is a discharge caught on video where a man racks his slide and when it goes forward the gun fires. Since the gun Alec Baldwin was handling was a revolver, that’s not what happened here.
