SB 292 is very important as it strengthens state preemption of firearm laws. This will prevent violating the law when you cross over into a city or county with varying gun laws. See bill below.
SB 506 removes the need for a ‘transport permit’ for people without carry permits that want to take a handgun to and from any place other than their residence or place of business. See bill below.
SB 411 strengthens the protections of employees who want to keep guns in their cars at work and prevents corporate policy from abusing them. See bill below.
