Some in the North Dakota House of Reps are trying to change the state’s concealed carry license statutes to allow for better reciprocity without impacting the existing concealed carry permit process. North Dakota House Bill 1461 will introduce an upgraded “class 1” concealed carry license with stricter requirements that should make it acceptable for use in more states, specifically Minnesota.
The bill is currently in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
