HOUSTON, TX – A man attempted to rob a Dollar Store, arming himself with an Airsoft gun, only to be shot by an employee with a real gun.
Shortly after 1 PM yesterday, a man parked his car in front of a Dollar Store in Houston, TX. After arming himself with an Airlift gun, which looks like a replica handgun but only shoots BBs, he entered the store and demanded the safe be opened.
An employee saw what was taking place, retrieved a handgun, and shot the suspect at least once. The suspect fled in his vehicle and then crashed into a bus.
When the police arrived on the scene, they found the man wounded and bleeding out in the vehicle. He was taken to a local hospital, where he died.
