Two men broke into a home in South Philadelphia today, but their death certificates were the only thing they got out of it.
Home invasions don’t always happen in the middle of the night while you are sleeping. This incident took place around 1:30 PM. And it sounds like the occupants were armed and prepared. This happened a few hours ago, so there aren’t many details yet as the investigation is still ongoing.
Once the two men broke into the home, two occupants opened fire at them, firing about 20 rounds between them. One suspect was hit 15 times, and the other was shot five times. The two wounded suspects were transported to the hospital, where they were pronounced dead. Both shooters are cooperating with the police.
