A group known as the Lewis & Clark’s Conservative Tea Party says that its requests to address Helena’s gun ordinance have fallen on deaf ears, and now they say they’ll take the issue to court.
About two weeks ago, the group brought the issue up to the Helena City Commission and at that time, commissioners said they would discuss whether or not to examine the ordinance at a later date.
